They did it again!!!
I went to Precision Collision today to get my rotors painted as there was a ring of rust around the inner section of the rotors due to the brakes pads not clearing and sweeping that area when braking the car. The rust made the rotors very unsightly, especially when wet, and severely impacted the look of the car.
I thought there was nothing I could do as the damage was done, but when reaching out to Axel, he assured me that everything would be fine and that they would be able to handle the issue.
They were not only able to finish job before the time promised, they also made the rotors and brakes look brand new again [see before and after pic].
The job that they did was perfect and after driving through the heavy rain today, I didn't see any rusting anywhere. This small issue they had taken care of made the car back to show ready status!!!
I will be coming back in a month for additional upgrades and I know I'll have no issues as they take each job seriously with great attention to detail.

This shop is busy. Like super busy. Like I wavered for weeks on choosing this shop for my collision repair (which is how long it took Geico to get me an adjuster appointment) because I was worried my car wouldn't get their full attention. Studious Yelper that I am, I couldn't help but notice they had a better website than every other shop, and they answered calls where other shops didn't, and that all the Yelp reviews were impeccable and each received a personalised response from Pablo.
All those nice things said, what disappointed me most about my experience was the communication and excuses I was given during the 21 days my car was in the shop. I called the shop on a Friday morning (7/1, 9:12am) to see if they could receive my car that day and ask if they had any availability to receive my car for work around my vacation restrictions. Plenty of time - bring it in July 5th at 8am, I was told. When dropping off my car, I asked when I would hear back from them on expected # of days to repair my car since I don't have rental car coverage via my insurance and Precision Collision, my adjuster, and I were all anticipating more damage to be found one the hood was popped. Tomorrow or the day after at latest, they said. At the end of Day 3, still no call, so I called them and was told they still needed to chat w/ my adjuster and would call me by CoB the next day with a better update... which was fine with me, but the next day came and I still didn't get a call. On calendar day 9 (business day 7), I proactively called them... having paid for a rental out-of -pocket for the first few days and now taking 2 buses and a train to work every day, I was getting weary and it is too darn humid this summer to be walking/standing outside as a commute. I had noticed via the Geico website that my claim had been approved for more work the week before and I was figuring I should be able to pick it up any day now. I asked if they could talk me through what needed to be fixed, and was provided the answers to the wrong question: "we had to wait a couple days for the adjuster to come in", "we were a little backed up because of the holiday", "actually the replacement hood came in damaged so we had to order a new one". I repeated the questions and then someone had to go find my paperwork. I asked when I could pick up my car because I was going out of town. I was promised they would try really hard to get it to me the next day, and would call me at the end of the next day to let me know if I could pick it up. I arranged for a driver (my husband) to be home early just in case, but no call ever came. I had to leave my car there while I went out of country. I only received a call ONCE (while on vacation) to be asked what day I was planning to pick it up. I told him Tuesday, July 26 first thing in the morning. I came to pick up my car this morning and it was ready but covered in dusty water spots as if it hadn't been washed. I received an apology for the appearance, "it rained last night... actually, we thought you were going to pick it up yesterday afternoon...". Seriously? The ONE thing I was called for feedback on, and it was remembered incorrectly. Also, did it rain? I didn't get home until 10:30pm last night and my husband's car was not at all wet this morning. The only thing we noticed was the amount of pollen on his windows.
Rant over. Got the keys, handed over the checks, no receipts exchanged, but I have my baby back now and we're going to shoot for 50k more miles on her. I've had body work done on this car 3 times in the last 10 years, which is why I'm surprised such a highly rated shop had poor communication and slow TAT. Other than being dusty, I examined the paint job and the blending with the new hood and existing body seems impeccable. The grille and front emblem replacement look wonderful. Will continue to watch the paint over the next few weeks and washes to ensure no issues but I'm not anticipating any. Also, the inside of the car was spotless, and hasn't been this clean in a while, so maybe I'll forgive the "it rained" response as maybe it happened before my plane landed. Communication 2/5, body work 4/5, overall rating, 3/5 but I'll add a star as I believe this business has good people as evidenced by the positive feedback from my fellow, trusted Yelpers.

It's difficult to believe this...but I've found an auto shop that I actually trust!!!
OVERVIEW
The owner of Precision Collision Center is one of the most sweetest and honest people you'll ever meet. He takes care of your car as if it was his own and isn't afraid to provide his professional recommendation but taking into account what's best for you.
EXPERTISE
I've taken my Lotus Elise here for a full-bodied paint job, BOE exhaust install, Sector 111 Clam hinge install, and various other work. I wouldn't trust my Elise to any other shop besides Pablo's or maybeeee a Lotus-specialty. :)
I've also dropped off my RDX and Lexus for various other work and each and every time it's been an effortless, heartburn-less process. I've recommended several friends to Pablo and none have left dissatisfied.
SERVICE
His staff is super friendly, especially his right hand man, Axel. And although the shop's always busy (because unfortunately (for me) word got out that Pablo's amazing), they will do their best to meet your deadlines if you communicate it.
It's so refreshing to find this quality without a huge, inflated price tag.

I don't usually write reviews. But the service I received was exceptional. Axel and his staff were amazing. I found this place on Yelp and did a lot of research to figure out which shop can handle high end Mercedes body and electronic works. I was looking to paint and install an updated headlight cover and daytime LED for my G wagon.
This is a pretty complicated work plus I was in a rush cause of traveling coming up. Axel worked with me to paint the items first and figure out the electronic works for 2 days. Then I dropped the car in the morning and picked up in the afternoon, saving me time and trouble of not having a car for 3 days. Combined with great price for the work, you simply can't do any better than this shop. I highly recommend it!

I've come here twice now, and both times have been nothing short of excellent. Many of the cars you see are high end sports cars, however I drive a '04 Honda Accord, but I was still treated the same! The owner, Axel, sees through that no car is beneath them and all cars receive the proper servicing. On top of that, they are extremely friendly and get to know you personally. Best part is, the prices are better than any gas station garage. I do not feel like they are trying to milk every penny out of me like most garages do, the services they recommend are for YOUR benefit, not theirs. I will be returning here for all my future repairs, and I definitely recommend it to any new customers.

My 2010 Hyundai Genesis had a bad run in with a curb at high speed. The suspension is custom and very expensive. Precision was the only shop in the area I trusted to get me back up and running. They installed some very technical aftermarket parts for me and adjusted my coil-over suspension to a perfect height all around. Car drives better than it did before the accident!
Pablo was a big help, even had my car ready for pickup on a Saturday (A rarity in the automotive field).
Great shop for daily drivers and sports cars alike!
!! Had to update this! I encountered another issue with my car from the initial accident and it went back to Precision for a second time. The service was beyond incredible as usual. A mechanic came on a test drive with me so he could feel the steering wobble and better diagnose the issue.
Turns out some 711 air came with a TON of water and it was sloshing around in my tire! Within 30 minutes they had my tires re-mounted and balanced. Totally fixed the problem. I'm always impressed with how knowledgeable all the staff is here. Quick diagnosis and quick fix along with a great attitude!

I have heard horror stories about collision centers, I heard your car doesn't look or feel the same after repairs. Fortunately, I came to Precision Collision Center based on Yelp reviews and this place is absolutely great! I was very skeptical with my local place since it only had 2/5 stars, so I decided to look online for a better place to get my repairs. I brought my C300 after the front left of the bumper was ruined as well as a light, and part of the tire.
Axel was so great to work with. He dealt with my insurance agent and myself very professionally and obtained all the needed repairs, even though it took about 2-3 weeks. I didn't mind the time frame for when everything was completed since it complied with what the insurance company called for and did not need to pay any extra fees; it was almost like I got a refurbished car.
Even though this place is over 30+ minutes from my home, I would come here again in a heartbeat.

I have always used Precision for my auto body needs but Precision Collision Center is so much more. They have one of the best techs in Sergio and offer all auto services. Recently they have acquired the latest Hunter alignment machine and tire changer. Just got my alignment and my ac converted to R34 today and couldn't be happier with Pablo's and Sergio's service. After reading many reviews on yelp, I chose Precision Collision Center to do the repair work on my brand new 2015 Nissan Pathfinder and I could not be happier with that decision!
My Story: I was driving home from work with my sister and pulled up to a red light. About 30 seconds later, a white Lexus smashed into the back of my car. I was in shock, I could not believe that this was happening. Just over 2 months with my new car and someone hit me. I was so upset. I couldn't open my liftgate, and being a mom with 2 kids it was so inconvenient. After the agony of dealing with their insurance company, I got the money to fix my car.
That's where Precision came in. Axel helped me from start to finish and he was always so pleasant to work with. I just knew I was in good hands and boy was I right. About 2 weeks later my car was done and I was so excited to see it. When my car pulled up in front, I could hear the hallelujah chorus!! She looked great! Just like new! Shining like a new penny! They even cleaned my car inside and out! I am so happy with the outcome and I would recommend Precision to anyone who wants the job done right! Thank you guys for the amazing job you did!!

My sweet three year old Kia Soul was abruptly rear ended by a truck. The bumper and back frame were pretty badly damaged. I read a lot of reviews and felt confident I could trust Precision Collision...I was right.
Axel and Pablo and their team good great care of my car, dealt with the insurance company, and were really good with updating me on the status during the entire process. They made sure everything was done right and the car was restored to its original condition. My car looks good as new and they even cleaned it inside and out when I picked it up.

Found this place after doing some research on Yelp and after reading all the excellent reviews I had to try it out for myself. My children did a number on the back of my convertible 370Z with a snow shovel during the last snow storm. The truck lid and convertible hard plate were completely scratched up. Went to visit the shop to get a quote and Axle gave me the full tour of the shop followed by a very fair and reasonable quote. I dropped the car off 3 days later and picked it back up 3 days later, the car was amazing. The paint work was on point and perfectly matched with the rest of the car. Not only that but my entire car was professionally detailed. When I picked it up it looked brand new again. I can't thank Axle enough for the great work, he will definitely be seeing me and my family again.

A girl had swiped my car when it was parked in a parking lot. She left me with two long scratches/ dents dragged across my left rear car door and a small diagonal dent to the left of it. The girl left me a note and was willing to fix my car so I went on yelp and found precision, got an estimate, and dropped off my car the following week and the girl paid for the estimate! I just picked up my car today and the work was phenomenal. They replaced my door and cleaned up my whole car! Axel did a wonderful job keeping me in the loop and calling me often to update me on how things were going. It let me feel at ease because my car was only 6 months old so I was extremely protective over it! I couldn't be happier with the results! Thank you axel! I will definitely be doing business with you again!
Also, on a side note, axel was extremely thorough and explained the breakdown of the pricing. The girl who hit me paid for the estimate but after picking up my car, we found that the price of the door replacement was actually about 30 bucks more than the estimate but axel said to not worry about it! It's good to know you're doing business who have your best interest in mind instead of trying to take all of your money.

As someone who parks in remote corners of parking lots 90% of the time, I was devastated when I found a sizable black scratch and slight dent on my white car on the rare occasion that I parked next to someone. The other driver was nice enough to leave a note before leaving the parking lot, and I came to Precision as soon as I could to get a quote.
Pablo, the owner, is a sincerely nice guy who is very much interested in giving you the best price for the best results. During my previous visit, he took us around the shop for a tour after explaining, with a model car in hand, what repairs will be needed. He was transparent in letting us know that the quote may not be the final price without assessing further damages before the bumper is removed. This was a drastically stark difference after having been to three other shops in the area that same morning. That being said, I came back a month later when my baby needed some healing. She was back on my driveway earlier than Pablo had promised, and she looked brand spanking new as she did when I brought her home from the dealership less than a year ago (see before and after photo).
I wish I could give Pablo and his team more stars, but I can't. So instead, I hope they keep doing good business to keep happy customers coming back.
Give this place a try if you haven't already even if you don't need to have any body work done, Precision does maintenance as well! You won't regret it (:

I chose Precision after reading all the great reviews and now I see why everyone only has good things to say. I took my 1996 Pathfinder with some pretty nasty damage to the front bumper and couldn't be happier.
From the second Axel answered the phone I felt welcomed and comfortable doing business with Precision. I took my car in for a quote and Pablo thoroughly explained what needed to be done and answered all the questions I had. Unlike most auto repair shops, you won't feel like you are being tricked or deceived into work your vehicle doesn't need. Pablo gave me an honest opinion on how long my car can keep running and a fair price. Picked it up yesterday and my 19 year old Pathfinder looks brand new.
I will be back with more work for Pablo and his team and they've gained another life-long customer. Do yourself a favor and bring your vehicle to Precision, you won't be disappointed.

I was surprised to see an auto repair shop with such a high rating but I am so glad I came here to get my car fixed (I initially went to another body shop in the area but since they were shady and inconsistent with their hours, I turned to Yelp for advice).
Axel and Pablo are extremely customer-service oriented and are very friendly. The insurance adjuster I worked with was not helpful at all and was making it very difficult for me to get a rental car. Axel and Pablo handled it all for me and made sure that I had a rental car that afternoon - they even offered to drive me to Enterprise to pick it up.
I had what appeared to be minor damage from an accident and of course, the insurance company wants to do things as cheaply as possible. When they pulled the car in to start repairs, they found more damage. Axel worked very hard to deal with the insurance company so that I wouldn't have to sit on the phone with them to figure out the final details. My insurance adjuster insisted on using after market parts but Axel and Pablo have high standards - they truly care about quality and detail. Plus...where were they supposed to find after market parts for a brand new 2015 A4?
Axel kept in touch during the whole process and gave me updates to let me know the status of my repair and if there were any delays in getting my car back. Since they had to wait for parts to come in, I needed to have my rental car for longer than initially expected. Again, Axel and Pablo made sure to communicate that with my insurance company to ensure that my rental agreement was extended without additional charge.
When my car was ready to be picked up, I headed back to the body shop. There were a few customers ahead of me waiting to either drop off or pick up - there was a comfortable couch in the waiting area where I hung out and talked to Pablo. The staff makes you feel welcome and at home. They never rush you or make you feel like you're bothering them. I never once felt like I was being hustled or tricked - these gentlemen are honest and straight forward businessmen who are proud of their work.
They detailed my car and honestly, it was cleaner inside than when I first purchased it brand new off the lot! It was a nice service they included with my repair, and I appreciated it a lot. I didn't have time to wait for the exterior to be washed...but I had to come in later that week to drop off an insurance check. Axel had it washed while I was there! So awesome. I have recommended this place to family and friends...and will come back again!

My new Mazda 3 was in a front-end collision in July, with less than 2,000 miles on it. I couldn't believe my bad luck, and unfortunately, I did not have collision coverage, at the time. I decided to take my car to get repaired at Precision Collision (over a Dealer-endorsed body-shop), and in retrospect, I can definitely say that I chose the best body-shop in town.
Ultimately, the other party was found liable for the accident. However, the people who did the estimate at the insurance company were definitely not looking to make it easy for me to settle the claim. This is where Axel, one of the managers at Precision Collision, was amazingly helpful. He encouraged me to get full value in filing the claim, each time an obstacle arose. Ultimately, my car came out of the body-shop with the parts I wanted but feared I would have a difficult time obtaining. When the insurance estimator tried to argue against what I saying "based upon his 20 years of body-shop experience," Axel was there to provide a counter-point on my side.
It seems like these days, everyone is just out for their own bottom-line, but this is one shop, where I found that it was about more than the bottom-line.
You'll be in good hands, if you take your car to Precision Collision!

Another update, This has to be one of the best shops in Maryland, I mean I just can bring my car anytime here and they will take care of it on the go. Pablo,Axel and Sergio Are simply awesome they will take care of your car like you would. I went in to have my serpentine belt, tensioner/pulley, spark plugs and to fix Oil Filter leak also they even installed my new carbon fiber rear performance diffuser for free. About three weeks ago, someone hit my brand-new Mercedes Benz GLK 350 and I didn't notice until days later. I immediately looked for body shops and found this shop on yelp. They informed me that there may be more damage under the bumper and the quoted amount could change. When I came back to pick up my car, they informed me that there was interior bumper damage. To my surprise, I paid less than the quoted amount and it made my day because I was paying for my repair out of pocket. They also cleaned and detailed my car free of charge. This is an update review that I've been meaning to write for PCC, finally back from traveling for work. There was a discrepancy upon delivery of my vehicle. I'm not writing an update to point out a mistake, and actually Pablo pointed out a misalignment on my front bumper. All shops will most likely make some minor mistake that is unseen to most people, the difference is that PCC has been honest and extremely prompt in their service. After pointing out the misalignment, they took my car back in, and fixed it, and got my car back the next day. I have no reservations with PCC, their work, integrity, and pride in what they do speaks for itself. I would recommend PCC to anyone, thanks Pablo e Axel!! See you guys soon!

Legitimate auto body shop. A lot of places are out to rip you off between them and the insurance company but they do honest work. Tucked away in between plenty of other body shops I took my escalade in for repair. It looks brand new again after a bad accident. It's worth my trip to drive to the other side of town to get things done right

So there I was, one sunny Saturday morning after I recently bought my 300zx that had bumper damage. I had a replacement bumper to put on but it was used but less damaged, even still it needed some fiberglass fixing. I searched all the shops in my area online and all were closed except Precision. I called and spoke to Pablo and he was and still is a great person to deal with. He fixed my bumper and repainted it. Looked too good to be true. It literally looked brand new! I've been telling my friends ever since to get your car done there and only there. So this was my first visit
I recently got a door ding on my s2000 and I brought it here of course on a Saturday but this time Pablo was not there but instead his business partner Axel. He was and is a very friendly and honest person. I felt comfortable leaving my car with him. It was done quickly and I can't even tell where the ding was now And they cleaned my car inside and out! Awesome! I love how they take care of there customers. I'll continue to bring my car here for all my body work.

I was impressed with Pablo's work the first time around. I brought my brand-new Mazda 6 in when I found several dents and scratches on my bumper. Pablo and his team did a fantastic job with the car, kept me updated, and they even threw in some freebies.
This weekend I brought my car in for a different job. Knowing Pablo as a perfectionist, I wanted him to install my lowering springs and black vinyl roof. Unsurprisingly, his reputation stayed true. Pablo gave me a fair price for installation and alignment, kept in regular contact with me, and my car was ready the next day despite his busy weekend schedule. And just like before, his work was flawless.
I will definitely be coming back to Pablo (hopefully not for collision work). He's someone you can trust your beloved vehicle with.

The front passenger side of our Jetta GLI was damaged in a parking lot. We chose Precision because of the great reviews. Well they did not disappoint. They did a great job, paint match was perfect and it looked like brand new. We went over the damaged area with an eagle eye and you can not tell there was damage. We only had to come back for a quick headlight adjustment, which was no big deal. Very professional business, always in communication with us and our insurance. They really did a great job. I would definitely recommend to friends that need any auto body work.

After reading the reviews on Yelp, I decided to bring my 2014 Kia Optima into Precision Collision Center after getting rear-ended.
Just by getting a quote, I could tell that Axel paid attention to the details. He checked all the lines on the car to see if they shifted, and showed me things that I would have missed had he not pointed them out.
After starting work on the car and digging deeper, Precision found more damage underneath the exterior, and Axel called me to let me know that they submitted the adjustment to the insurance company and it was approved. This made me feel better because I know that they fixed my car the right way, rather than just covering stuff up. Also, dealing with the insurance company was a pain.
I decided to buy an aftermarket exhaust, and put that on, which was no problem. A week later, the car looks brand new, and I couldn't be happier. I will definitely be recommending this place to all of my friends.

Had this shop work on my Lamborghini Gallardo to install and paint a bumper. At first I was hesitant to have them do it because I know for a fact that it is very hard to match the color on a tricolor metallic paint of a Lamborghini and you just do not have any body shop touch an exotic car. You just don't. A good friend who also has a Lamborghini told me to try them out and I did. Customer service was top notch overall. The process did not turn out very smoothly but it is because we had to return the bumper back where I got it from due to some fitment issues and the owner Pablo was very patient and professional about it. Very patient and understanding person who religiously practices the saying "my word is my bond" meaning if he says he's going to do it, he is going to do it no matter what. As expected, he delivered the work. Had the bumper color matched with the metallic paint of the body and had the bumper aligned very well. I cannot complain. What ever he charges is definitely worth it. Will come back and would recommend more people to him.

WOW! FANTASTIC! Seriously the most amazing place I've ever taken my car to. This was my first time using an auto body shop and because of Pablo, he's made my experience wonderful. 10 out of 10. I highly recommend this shop to anyone!!
My visit was for the purpose of fixing a car dent on my back bumper. I also leased my car which was due in a week from the visit so I really needed fast service. I called first thing in the morning to ask him his pricing and my situation. He immediately answered with the introduction of his name and without hesitation; of the problem area of the car, an estimate of the cost, and how he would love for me to drop by so he could give me an estimate of my car for free.
Upon my arrival, he knew who I was when I entered the office and got straight down to business to look at my car. He explained to me what my car would be needing such as the body work, the paint job, etc. He even showed me another car as an example of what happened to that car and the obvious - of what it would look like after repairs. He told me the back side of the car was smashed in but with my own eyes, the car looked shockingly brand new!! Pablo also said he could give me a fair price because he understood my situation. This is when I realized I wanted to give him a chance and trust Precision (once again, my first time ever using an auto body shop).
That same day, I dropped my car off at night and there is a slit in the door you can drop your keys off. This made the commute so much easier than waiting for the shop to open and in about 2 days, my car was fixed. That is fast service people!!!! Even when I picked up my car, he came with me to my car to see the happy look on my face and make sure I am happy with the repair. Pablo is a genuine and nice man who really cares about his customers! Thank you Pablo!!

This is the best body shop I've ever used. After getting into a fender bender, I took my custom BMW M3 to Precision based on the raving review around the internet. The reviews couldn't have been more accurate. Pablo was extremely helpful throughout the process, from taking care of the insurance supplements and caring for a custom car. Pablo and Axel are very personable and kept me updated throughout the entire process. Every time an issue arose, I was informed and they took care of it with no hiccups. I will use them in the future for all my custom and body work needs, including the customization of my new M4!

The service was great! Axel and Pablo are two good guys. They are completely honest and are good at what they do. Other body shops turned me away when I asked for them to work on my 1988 Toyota MR2 for fender damage. It took about 3 days and when I got my car back I was really impressed.

My new Mazda 6 got hit in the rear at a parking lot. Axel and the guys did an amazing job of repairs and blending the paint to the rest of the vehicle. The customer service is great, as they transported me to and from the metro, worked with the insurance company for supplemental repairs, and kept me informed about the process. I actually went to this place because I was reading the reviews and the reviews did not lie! Pablo and his team are very friendly and engaging and very helpful to what you need. I went to have my aftermarket spoiler installed on my vehicle and we noticed the paint was not matching perfectly as there are many different shades of the same paint code and Pablo and his team re-painted it for me and now it matches 100%. Great and reasonable price quotes for the work they put in. Definitely a place to visit for custom body works and other needs for your vehicle.

Brought in my car when it got some nasty scratches on the side door, and I was beyond impressed with the people, service and quality of the repair. Axel was great, provided a ride to and from the metro when I dropped off the car and when the repairs were complete, he also replaced the rear tail light bulb that had gone out without being asked. I can't recommend this place enough.

When it comes to customer service, you will never beat this company. The owner (Pablo) is genuinely kind and it shows. He cares about his customers. He cares about their vehicles.
Pablo took his time in explaining to me the issues with my Subaru. He told me exactly what his company was going to do and even showed me the defective parts in it!
This shop is on scale with the shops in the "olden days" where customer is treated like royalty and when shop owners sincerely wants to deliver top notch service and care.
To top it off, they even completed a detailed cleaning on my car and had it looking almost like new!
Pablo shared with me a comparison of his fees as opposed to what I would have paid with a dealer. I saved a TON of money.
I'll be telling all my friends and loved ones about this wonderful shop!

You HAVE to trust the 5 stars given to this place, it is surreal! The owner is very honest and will go above and beyond to make sure you're happy with the services. I usually do not trust car repair shops based on past experiences but Pablo and his team are different and super considerate. They value their customers significantly. I had an awful experience with BMW Rockville and had to take my car to a third party repair center because I had enough with lies from BMW people and a friend recommended this place after reading reviews, no joke this people are as great as the ratings, they make your problems theirs, especially Pablo. From now on, I will recommend this center to anyone I know and I am so grateful to have found someone like Pablo to guide me when it comes to car issues and anything about cars. We found Precision via Yelp and contacted Pablo. He was very thorough with his estimate and gave a very itemized pricing (parts and labor) for the work that would be involved instead of lumping everything into one big $ number. So we could exactly ask for what work was to be done. For example, the accident had caused some damage to the hood as well, but this damage wasn't bad- since it was itemized with its own price, we decided to omit that work. The estimate provided was the lowest we had received.
Once the work was done and we went to pick the car up, we were really pleased and pleasantly surprised with a few things. In addition to successfully completing the work we had scheduled, i.e. replacing the bumper, restoration bar, paint work/rust removals, removal of a some sharp edge on front passenger side, Pablo and his team also fixed our hood- that was not in the original work/pricing, and didn't charge us extra for this. Also the car interior was cleaned very well- again not something we had estimated or even expected. We weren't charged for this service either!!
Very happy with the service we received. The only minor hiccup was with the responsiveness, but this could just be circumstantial. We were trying to reach the shop over a long weekend Saturday. Also we were expecting a call mid-service/towards the end of service to notify us of the service being done, but didn't receive one. However, these are much smaller issues and did not really have any negative impact on the work itself.
In fact, we have decided to get our our BMW convertible serviced at Precision as well.

Just the absolute best customer service I have had from from a mechanic. The owner, Pablo worked with me extensively to save me money on my repairs (which damages were caused by another local mechanic) & in addition, Pablo did not nickel & dime me on trivial charges that most shops would take advantage of. The work they did was great & efficient. He walked me through each of my repairs, showing me the damaged parts that were replaced and was very patient with all of my questions. I am a consumer who keeps my vehicles a long time. So, I want to make sure they stay in great condition inside and out. My current van has only 84,000 miles, so it's
a youngster, since I kept my past van to 205,000 miles before I traded it in. Pablo and his team at this very talented body and repair shop are very good at what they do, and they repaired the dented- in right side of my van, fixed up the dents and dings, and proactively fixed pre-rusting bubbled sections on my van so it looks new again. They matched the paint very well, and even did some minor extra body repair work at no added cost as part of the repair. To add to this, they cleaned and vacuumed the inside and washed the outside, so it looks new on the outside and inside. A car rental through Enterprise Rental was easy and simple. They picked me up at Precision,
and I got very fair car rental pricing for the 2 1/2 days it took to complete the work.
I will certainly bring my van back again for future repair work! They are honest, they show you how their pricing is a good savings from dealership body work and repair,
and they have a pleasant, smiling attitude. They are very much a breath of fresh air.
It's great to discover professionals who have a passion for their work, and give great customer service as well. This company passes both tests exceptionally.

This place is a true gem. It's so rare to find a shop which does honest and quality work. In fact, I used to drive three hours round trip previously to a trusted body shop because I genuinely believe that, as a fellow car enthusiast, your automobile is more than shaped metal and mechanical motion -- it in itself has character, personality, and should be an extension of the driver. Therefore, your automobile should be an investment worth continual investing.
I'll be honest -- I'm a little superficial when it comes to vehicle aesthetics and extremely OCD when it comes to life itself. And it's because of these judgmental expectations that I chose Pablo, owner of Precision Collision Center. It's difficult to find quality work, great customer service, AND competitive pricing under a single shop.
I had ordered a rare diffuser, shipped directly from Japan, for my G37. It was a gorgeous masterpiece, however, the problem was that it didn't quite fit my vehicle as perfect as I wanted. This was realized after I've been given a quote for installation. Despite this and despite the amount of customization this diffuser now needed, Pablo stuck to his original quote, which now included fabrication.
The time Pablo worked on the vehicle was, although speedy, meticulously spent. The diffuser looked impeccable and the shop took particular precaution to ensure that the diffuser was secured, without compromising aesthetics.
IN ADDITION, as an extra necessity, I've made mentions of the bumper not fitting properly and a scratch from a shopping cart (thanks to considerate shoppers), and Pablo performed additional research, ordered the parts necessary, and completed the repairs -- at NO CHARGE and with prioritization.
All I can say is, wherever Pablo goes -- my car and any future vehicles will follow.

Precision is the best! My car had got hit pretty bad and I decided to find a well liked body shop via Yelp. I stumbled upon Precision while reviewing and decided to give them a shot. I'm glad I did! Pablo and his team did a great job of keeping me in the loop of what was going on with my car and the process they were making. I felt like I was dealing with a good friend rather than a shop manager. By the time PCC finished with my car, it looked like it came right off the showroom floor!! Let me give props where props are deserved. I was steered to Precision by Jose at J&B auto. The best referral i ever had. Jose replace clutches for me on 2 different cars and performed 60K maintenance on the current car (the one you see in the photos). When he sent me to Precision for body work, i had 0 concerns. i met Pablo ( the owner) in 2013 and gave him a deposit on the work. Some a$$...... side swiped my car and drove away. Quarter panel and rear bumper were destroyed, sorry i cant find the pictures of the damage. I ended up getting an after market body kit shipped direct to Pablo's shop and due to unfortunate circumstances let it sit there for a year. Pablo had no problem with it at all, and i totally respect him for it, there's not enough that i can say about that. When i came back a year later, we were on the same page. We ended up replacing a quarter panel, both bumper covers and painted most of the car (you cant tell where the new paint is). The total price was completely on point even with all the additional work done. Please see the photos. Side note, when i pulled up to the shop, there were 3 Nissan GTRs, i knew i was at the right place. Total satisfaction, total, don't take your car anywhere else.

This is my second time coming here for car work, this time I had a rear bumper painted and installed. The bumper was shipped poorly and came damaged, but Pablo and his team were able to fix it for a reasonable cost and in a timely manner. He even threw in some complementary components and washed my car to make it look that much nicer! I plan on bringing my car here for all my future modifications thanks to the great customer service they always provide to me. Highly recommended for any car problems or modifications.

I rarely write reviews, but feel this company definitely deserves a five star rating. I recently brought my car to Precision Collision Center because I had some damage to the interior door panel of my car. I found Pablo, the owner, to be very professional, courteous, and honest.
