When I took my truck in to get it looked at for a noise, the woman at the counter asked me if I wanted a diagnostic test then said it's free, I said sure. We'll a day later the noise turned out to be a wheel hub. The mechanic had to keep the truck over night just to tell me that's where the noise was coming from but he put so much time in to looking in to the driveshaft.,not the reason for the noise and that they charged me over a hundred dollars then also charged me another eighty nine dollars for the "free" diagnostic test. I will Never take my truck back. And now I'm setting at cut rate waiting for my truck to get done. I should have just come here in the first place it would have saved me a bunch of time and money.

We were going on a family vacation and worried if our old van would make it. We brought it to Faithful and they were incredible! They were honest, affordable, and kept us informed all the way through the repairs. Thank you again Faithful. We are also huge fans of the sign out front. We look forward to it everytime we drive by.

Not a good co. Take your car to someone who can give you up front costs. Best people EVER!!! They have always been fair and honest. They did some engine work for me and a couple weeks later I had an issue so I had it towed in. As busy as they are they called me and said that it "might" have been something they did when fixing my car previously. But they weren't sure. So they fixed it anyway for FREE. They could've tried to get $300+ out of me for a new alternator but they didn't. These guys are great!!!! I will never take my vehicle anywhere else. I know I can always trust them. Thanks so much for your great work and honesty.

Friendly staff the girls there are very easy on the eyes. :) easy in and out.They really take a good look at your car or truck and take the time to explain to you if it is a safety concern. Not to mention prices are very competitive.
