Convinced my girlfriend to take her 2012 Kia Forte to you guys for some minor repair from a fender bender only because I've seen some good work come out of there. After 5 times of them giving the car back and three weeks later it's finally fixed how it should be. I guess we have different thoughts on how experts handle business. Sorry but I won't be coming back. Only reason I give it 2 stars is cause the cars finally done. What a headache.

Text message updates are rare for companies today, but they CARSTAR uses it and it's a very convenient way of keeping you up to date. They didn't hesitate to pick up the phone and call me to keep me informed on my vehicle during the process either which showed me that they have very strong communication skills. Just had to take my car in to have it fixed due to an accident. They estimated that the car would be ready in 5 days total - and it was! They also went the extra mile to clean the outside and inside of my car - it looked amazing. I appreciate businesses who go the distance to please their customers above and beyond. Would highly recommend!

I used to take my vehicle to somewhere else in town till it got messed up and not fixed right and they didn't stand behind their work. Then my parents and my in-laws told me to take it the Dempsey-Adams. I did and that was 11 years ago. I wont take my vehicles anywhere else! The staff is super friendly and helpful and the work gets done right. I also love that I can keep track on-line with pictures they take.
