Tanner the owner went out of his way to make my boat sound perfect. My family will be very when we go to the lake. They have great prices and great quality in product choice and work. He also removed some unwanted numbers on the side of the boat.

This a great place to go for stereo installations, especially if you've been burned by car toys, ect. Friendly staff and I wasn't subjected to high pressure sales crap. Tanner did a great job and I am very satisfied.

Setup some window tint with the owner for this past weekend. Due to working outside the area I had pretty limited availability. Tanner opened the shop up for me on Sunday. The job was done quickly and professionally. Highly recommend. I will be bring my boat in for a full sound system soon.

This review is not based on any services that were performed...because we never even got that far.
First, I had to call Tanner on his cell phone multiple times to even speak to someone, because his voicemail was full and it was impossible to leave a message.
When I did finally speak to him, I was told to call back because he was out of time...then I was back to square one and had to call multiple times again to get him back on the phone.
Everything I have written above should have been a good indication that I shouldn't take my car there, but I made an appointment for today.
So I had a 5:30 pm appointment for today, and I show up at 5:28. When I finally had someone acknowledge that I was there (because the door was locked and I couldn't get in), I was told that the guy that does their window tinting was AWOL. Tanner then said that I could leave my car but there was no guarantees that he could get it done. Call me crazy, but why didn't they call me in advance instead of having both me and my husband drive across town?
So my windows still aren't tinted, and I will be going to someone else to get it done.
My windows were the tip of the iceberg on my new car...powder coating my wheels, carbon fiber wrap on the spoiler, tinting the tail lights...not going to be done there.
Word of advice, find someone who values your time to do your work.

Ok so I'll start from the beginning. I was looking for a new headset to replace my stock stereo in my car. I ended up heading over to the car stereo shop in Smokey point and met Tanner, the owner. He showed me some options that would include Bluetooth abilities and then started talking price. I really like Tanner because he was extremely upfront about his pricing. Frankly, he was not making a ton of money off of me but I felt like I was a really important customer. The stereo I chose was not in stock so he ordered it to arrive the next day and told me to come on down after work to install it.
After fighting dismal traffic from Everett to Marysville I pulled into his parking lot and, I kid you not, my first gear in my car went out! I was flustered to say the least. I managed to pull the car into tanners garage and immediately told him what had just happened and that I was already making plans to take it to the mechanic the next morning.
Remember tanner is a car stereo guy, I had no expectations that he'd look at my car and try to fix the gear issue... but he did. I sat in the garage and chatted with all the other cool guys for a while, they really have a fun work atmosphere, and Tanner finished my stereo install in no time flat. Well, I was ready to go but then he started grabbing some other tools and began fixing the gear issue too. In about 5 minutes he fixed it and told me "no charge". Awesome!
Tanner is everything you'd hope for in a good ol local owned business owner. Hard working, honest, and really tries to go the second mile for his costumers. He also has a cool passion for keeping kids off drugs and theft by picking up the hobby of sound systems and then competing at events he puts on. Pretty dang cool.
So, thanks Tanner for fixing my car and going the second mile. You've won a customer for life.

I really appreciated the Sound Werks work.
I recently got T-boned, totalling my lil honda accord. It was towed to coparts for the insurance adjuster to look at and determine value. I needed to find someone in the area that would go to coparts salvage yard and pull my stereo, subwoofer, and possibly the alarm. According to the insurance adjuster, I was required to reinstall the original stereo, so I needed someone that would do that as well. I called Sound Werks and he said it wouldn't be a problem and we set a time. He was very cool... a normal person that laughed at my jokes (lame as they are). I went to the shop and met him. I was very impressed by the cars and trucks and space they had. I played with the little shop dog while he grabbed some tools. We drove over to coparts, they pulled the car around and he got to work. I was very impressed by how fast he worked. He knew exaclty where everything was. He salvaged as much wire and equipment as he could. Even the bass switch for the woofer. He didn't mind me watching and talking to him. He told me some things that the previous installer did, that he doesn't make a practice of and why. He didn't bash anybody or speak negatively, he spoke from a technical standpoint. He was very knowledgable and quick and I appreciate that. I thought the price was very fair and he didn't try to get more money out of me or any of that sneaky business. Although he is a bit farther from my house, I think he may be worth switching to from my previous car audio/tint guy.

I recently had the owner install some balljoints to a set of aftermarket control arms. He did great work and was at a super low price, less than half what the other shops around here wanted.
