Got my car repaired there this week, picked it up today. Excellent and very friendly service, not a dime over the estimate and they cleaned the car up nicely. I would very much recommend this place.

I came to Ultimate Collision after hitting a deer. Bill helped me handle everything with my insurance company and had my car repaired and my insurance claim resolved in a little over a week (which includes ordering a new front end and other parts). The personalized service was unexpected and made the whole process quite painless and the car looks great. Plus-Bill's a really nice guy! THANKS BILL!

This shop had my car for over two months, and they did not even complete the job! The car was towed back to my house with some of the repairs completed. They didn't replace the broken rear bumper because "the replacement bumper didn't fit". Lied numerous times throughout the whole ordeal. Wasted my time going with this shop. Don't bother.
