Chris provides OUTSTANDING customer service. His support is nothing but the best! He even provides service way beyond expectations. I bought his yellow 2004 Ford F150 a few months ago and he with no hesitation discussed his mods with me and provided guidance as to what the needs are going forward...a true professional! The only regret I have is that he is too far away to use him as my mechanic. Thanks again Chris!!

2 appts. 4 days. Weeks waiting for the appt. no work done even though my truck was there. They rescheduled first appt after the first day of doing nothing other than saying the exhaust rattles and the second appt they just didn't do anything. You blow off the first you better make sure you keep the second. Also when I call each day of my appt to check on how it's going and if you need anything, call back. Don't wait till the day it's supposed to be done to call and tel me you haven't done anything. I'm sure you didn't realize at 3:30 the day I was supposed to pick it up you didn't have time to do it. I could have used my truck instead of borrowing others and walking everywhere for rides. That was disrespectful!
