The folks at Muncie Imports are a professional bunch and have been doing this longer than just about anyone in this part of the state.
I took my car in for a windshield replacement and even tho I got the car back a day later than scheduled, it was because they wanted to be sure the adhesive was fully set before returning the car to the roadway. To some this would be an annoyance, but this is exactly why I chose them to do the work rather than some driveway monkey who would forget my name the moment he started the next job 1/2 hr later. They pay attention to the details, not just the overall job. There were no greasy fingerprints on the headliner, no glass shards on the dash like happened with a Cayenne we had repaired in Portland, no muddy footprints on the door, and the wash job was well-accomplished.
Chuck, Matt, Bobby and the rest of the staff were all professional and timely with my questions, special requests, etc. When I noted that a window decal was perhaps an inch to the left of my probably too-demanding standards I was issued a replacement at no cost and with total understanding from a technician who was as passionate about his beloved Mercedes as I am with mine. These aren't just a bunch of folks who push wrenches to make a buck, these are genuine CAR GUYS (and gals).
Muncie Imports has been in business for years specializing in Jaguars, which is how I first became acquainted with them, and service all makes of imports. If you're still going to the dealership for any out of warranty fine import, you're wasting your money. If you have a Jaguar, MB or other European vehicle you are likely already well acquainted with Muncie Imports, but if you are not, then give them a try, I can't imagine you will be disappointed.

I have seen many of their Jaguar interior work and it is great. They also have some great mechanics as well. But when it came to a complete restoration of my Jaguar, I decided to work with Classic King's Automotive, on the southwest side of Indianapolis. They are currently restoring several Jaguars, amongst other awesome and rare classics, including my cars. If you have a good condition classic car, take it to Muncie Imports for maintenance and sprucing up. But if you have a classic in need of a quality restoration, then I suggest taking your classic to Classic King's Automotive.

I love this place. I own 3 VW vehicles and I always call Jerry and he is great. The work is excellent and effienct, with reasonable prices, and friendly staff. I will continue to use this shop. Only thing I can say is, EXCELLENT!

They do good work and the price was far, and everyone I am sure knows the way there car drives and feels, well today I took my Audi to have a boost line fixed, and somewhere back they they must of had a hard time shift it so the where yanking on it and messed the shifter alinement up. When I called to ask about it they didn't have any idea about it so they said. Well when I drove it there my car had reverse and it just magical doesn't now? Come on! I can't believe they didn't even want to make it right, total acted like they didn't care. Will Never Return there.

This place, or NYE's are the best places in town to take an foreign car, or really almost any car in my opinion. They are honest, and I recommend them and have taken Mitsubishi's Mazdas, BMW's and Volkswagens to this place.
