DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!! I repeat, do NOT go to this place! I went to Speedway Bodyshop thinking that they are #1 in vehicle repair. The only thing that they are #1 in is lying and stealing your money. I took my car there to get it repaired after an accident. The insurance company had me sign a paper saying that the body shop would use all new parts for my car. Speedway Bodyshop told me to wait a week and a half so that my car could get repaired with NEW PARTS. They had to wait for the parts to come in that's why it would take so long to repair. When I got my car back, it looked new; but looks can be deceiving. When I got home after traveling on the highway at 70 mph, my bumper started to come off!! After getting in a tussle with them over this matter, I took my car to a certified vehicle shop for my car as well as the insurance adjuster and you wouldn't believe what they told me! SPEEDWAY BODY SHOP USED THE OLD PARTS FROM THE ACCIDENT TO FIX MY CAR - NOT NEW, FACTORY DIRECT PARTS!!!!
Since then I have gone to another certified vehicle shop for my car. Never going back to this place. I would not recommend you go there. This is no "chance" occurrence that this happened to me. The body shop was instructed by the insurance company to use new parts and they deliberately used the old parts and made me wait a whole week and a half to cover up their work. Makes you also wonder how many people out there have gone to this place and have shoddy work done on their vehicles and they don't even know it, yet.

The receptionist was rude and they wanted $15 to do a free estimate on my car because it was over ten years old. I left this shop after being ignored for ten minutes when I was the only customer in the office around 8:15am.

Allstate recommended them after my accident. I was originally told May 2 as a completion date, 29 days out. It then turned into May 4. Then May 5. Then May 6. Then it jumped out to May 11. Altogether, it was 38 days for my car to be fixed. My insurance only paid $20 of my $24 car rental for the first 30 days. After that, I was on my own. Speedway Body Shop has performed excellent work on 2 of my cars. When someone tried to break into my Chrysler 300M they had pried the driver door handle out in an attempt to pop the door open. This bent the sheet metal of the door. Speedway repaired and painted the damage perfectly. Most recently, they repaired the front bumper of my wife's Nissan Murano of damage done when she struck a dog as well as some deep scratches in the rear bumper from the garage door. You can't tell that there was ever any damage on either bumper. Speedway Body Shop does excellent work.

These folks did a WONDERFUL job fixing $3,000 of deer damage to my 2008 Impala. Very friendly service, panel alignment and color match probably better than factory. Car was detailed inside and out. Estimate was for 4-5 days. In at 11am monday, called to pick up at 4pm thursday. Thanks Speedway Body Shop.

I ended up having to pay over $300 for my car rental. I get my car back and the work itself is below average to poor. The back panel sticks out. The front looks equally as bad. But that's not even the worst part. I had a problem with my back tire. As I got in, I noted that the tire icon was activated on the dash. As an experienced driver, I know that sometimes when there are electrical issues or a battery is removed, these sensors sometimes need some road time before they go off. All of my radio station pre-sets were gone, so I assumed that was all it was. After all, I am just leaving the place that spent all that time taking care of my car. Come to find out, my tire was MISSING its pressure sensor. They had my car for 38 days and no one could figure that out. Thanks to them, I had to shell out another $135 to fix that. I was also displeased with the rude customer service I received. The woman with whom I spoke on the phone every time always had a negative tone. If I asked a basic question, she would sigh and answer with an attitude.

I had my car visit this body shop per my auto insurance company's recommendation (allstate). My car was not derivable and needed picked up, they were ready to pick it up whenever was best for my schedule, and called me when they were on their way and when they were there. The communication was really nice, they always kept me in the loop. They called when they said they would call, and they were finished with my car when they said it would be finished. The work was done really well, and you could tell they did as much as they could for me (i.e fixing something that wasn't relevant to the crash but including it in my insurance claim anyways). Their work also has a lifetime guarantee with it too. I will be returning here if i have ever have anything else that needs repairing!

The service was alright until they found out I wasn't going through my insurance and them they started jerking us around. Took my car in to be repaired, they couldn't fix it due to "staffing issue" and I could leave it there until they were able to get to it or come pick it up and bring it back when they were ready. When I called to let them know I was coming to pick my car up, the lady who answered the phone was rude and hung up on me. I picked my car up and never received a call stating when they could take it. When I called them, I was told I lost my spot in line and I had to schedule another appointment with the next appointment being 3 wks later. The worst service I've received in a long time.

Great customer service. Job done on time. Car looks great. Made sure EVERYTHING was done properly as more damage was found once they started working on the car. Worked out everything with insurance company and made sure it was right. I HIGHLY recommend this place.
