I can't say enough good things about Brookside Auto. Chris and his staff are friendly, polite and above all, honest. You will never get overcharged, taken advantage of or mistreated. My family has been going to Brookside for many, many years. Chris has personally helped out my elderly mother on several occasions and he's done it sometimes without even taking a penny. Chris and his company are a very valuable asset to the local community and they have the implicit trust of our entire family

No one better than Chris and Brookside. You will not be ripped off here. If you don't need it, Chris will not do it. I've been going here for years and have sent many friends to him.
They do good work and they do it right the first time.
A trustworthy auto tech or an honest lawyer...... If you find one, don't let them go. Well, at Brookside you have your auto tech, good luck on the lawyer.

I called to get a price on changing the rear crank shaft seal and a new oil pan and was told about 12.5 hours labor plus parts on a 2004 Jeep Wrangler 4.0 6 cylinder engine. 4 other dealers said its 3.5 to 4.5 hours labor. I would call other dealers and get prices before I would have any work done here...!

Brookside Auto is a very small business and they're very nice and helpful there. I hit a curb and a nice guy named Chris looked at the car and made sure everything was okay, but shhh it wasn't my car, it was my dad's car. Thank you Brookside for looking at the car!

For the past 14 years Chris and his mechanics at Brookside have treated me and my family with fairness, integrity and honesty. If we bring our cars in to be looked at or fixed but the work doesn't need to be done then they won't do it. I used to fear going to mechanics because I never knew if the work they said needed to be done or not. I don't fear that when I go to Brookside. AnnMarie is the face of the office and she does an amazing job of balancing the needs of the customer (scheduling, etc) and keeping things flowing and everyone happy.

These guys are great! True professionals and craftsmen....Took my car to three auto body places in the area....First, was going to charge $800 and laying the car up for three days to paint the door and blend it in...Second place wanted to paint the entire side of my car and did not even quote a price. Doug Bradley took a look at the touch up spot and felt it could be "worked out" as the touch up looked like it was applied over a smudged area rather than the paint being damaged. I would be no less worse off trying this. Worse case, he could paint it for $300.Twenty minutes later, Doug had "worked out" the spot and it looked brand new. you could not tell there had been any imperfection. His charge was nominal. Honest, hard working, fair and does exceptional work!! Would recommend these buys without any reservations......Sal

Went there for a window repair. Came out with a beautifully repaired window and a go to body shop for all my vehicle needs. Mr Bradley's auto body shop has very reasonable prices and top notch quality work. Will definitely go back for any problem concerning my vehicle. A++++++ auto shop.
