Made an appointment for an oil change. Showed up on time. Went to the customer service desk where a man was sitting on the phone. He did not acknowledge me. I stood there for 5 minutes, still waiting to be at least acknowledged, but nothing. Decided to have a seat in the waiting area so the man could finish his phone call. After 10 minutes I went again to the desk but again I was ignored (man was still on the phone). Seriously? I decided to just leave, because if you ignore me then what makes me think you won't ignore my car? Going elsewhere.

waiting area is really a hallway...with the door open, the customer area was really cold an uninviting...Great work on my car, but not setup for customers that would want to stay for service and maybe even make calls, or work on a laptop…

I've had my cars serviced at Lakeside for about seven years now. They have kept my 1993 Nissan on the road running great for all these years as well as a 2001 Durango and a 2001 Toyota Avalon. Foreign or domestic they handle them all. They are under new management (a division of the Muskegon Brake Family) but the quality, communications and costs have not changed. They are the best. You can trust your vehicles to these guys and feel confident in recommending them to family and friends.
