I rate one star because there is no zero star. Definitely the worst auto shop I have ever met. Their price is usually twice or three times more than the regular auto shops but the quality of service is only half or even 1/3 of others'. If you want to pay more while getting things half done then choose these people.

Price Gougers

This place is is ridiculous. My car broke down on me and I had it towed there as they were the nearest shop. They correctly told me it was my timing belt that was the problem. For this diagnosis and the towing I already owed them $135.…

Dropped my suv off this. Was told they would diagnose it by later morning and have an answer. Waited until 1 pm to call since we had not heard anything. They said would call when they know something. We drove down there at 2 and it hadn't been moved. Went into get the key and they asked for another hour. Told them no. Then they lost my damn key. One of the techs had it on a test drive. Won't go back there again.

The best auto repair shop ever. Tom at the front desk was just amazing with his explanation of how all the repairs need to be made and breaking down the repairs. He did not try to over sell me at all. He told me what was necessary and what was needed now. He is such a great person and Ron is lucky to have him. I will go there always and so will my family.

Ron's Auto Service is number #1 in my book. It is so nice to have a Auto Repair Shop you can trust. The customer service is excellent, spotless waiting room and shop and they DONT nickel and dime ya to death. Thank you Ron's for the great service for so many years and many years to come!!!!

I called about a alternator repair and talked to a gentleman by the name of TOM. He was very pleasant to talk to . He gave me a reasonable price and did not make me feel like just another customer. He took the time to find out about me as a person and there was no dead air so to speak. He made me excited about my repair and not down in the dumps that I have to spend money. He went over all the benefits and features with me for 2 different products. I will always go to RONS AUTO SERVICE as long as I have a car.

No, I would not recommend Ron's Auto Service. They are VERY expensive and replace parts that are not needed. For example 8 spark plugs were $96.96 and that does not include labor to install them. I can get spark plugs for my vehicle for roughly $25 bucks. I did not authorize plugs but they put them on anyway. A day after I got my car back I turned on my wipers and they did not work. After opening the hood they had the wiper motor unplugged with the bundle of cables dangling and they also had the rubber hose up under a plastic housing for the washer fluid unplugged. I spent an hour fixing what Ron's should have done. I had the same vehicle serviced a few years ago by a small company in my neighborhood and he did an outstanding job and did not charge high prices like Ron's. That guy retired so he is no longer in business or I would have taken my car to him. Ron's is not honest. Your best bet is to take your vehicle to someone else or you're going to get ripped off.
