I have purchased several vehicles in my life and I always try to give local companies my business but I would just say that the initial experience was ok with salesman Danny but after the deal was done there were several issues with the vehicle I purchased and the manager Bruce was very rude and didn't care to make things right or that they were loosing my business.... I would HIGHLY recommend going anywhere else then here for a car purchase because their 80% inspection is garbage and so is there warranty.. Please don't go through the same nightmare I went through..

Had an awesome experience with the sales team, but when I went in today for an oil change, it wasn't as nice of an experience. I went in on Wednesday with no appointment, and was turned away, as there were no openings for me to have my oil changed. I then made an appointment for today to have it done. Kayla was a pretty good sales woman and tried hard to get us financed. Tiffany was o.k. as well she just didn't know what a power train warranty is. We do appreciate the both of your hard work. Horrible sold me a vehicle that wasn't correctly scaned. Find out from a certified dealer since I bought the vehicle it had transmission problems. If they would have ran a diognostics correctly before putting it on the floor they would have seen it's had a transmission problem. Then cause I was 3000 miles past my warranty they refused to help in any shape or form. In my eyes there a pencil pushing scam

I Must say i've been to many dealerships but Crystal out done them all by far. By the end of day you'll be driving off the lot in a new car. Very professional staff. Made me and my wife feel at home. The staff is always very friendly and knowledgeable. As a woman, I'm used to being ignored or talked down to by auto repair staff. Crystal, on the other hand, always treats me like a valued customer. Since I bought my vehicle from them, they give me 1/2 off oil changes for as long as I have the car.

Worst dealership I've ever been to. If you're not 100% certain you're going to buy a car here. Do not come here. They said they'd see if they could find a bank to help us get a loan, and said a few would help. After we told them we'd think about it, and left, they called us the next day not taking the hint. We said "Sorry, but we're looking elsewhere" they had our credit checked by every bank in our area which raised our credit score through the roof.
