I started bringing my vehicles to Hank about 3 years ago and he never disappoints. He'll talk with you about your car and what it needs and won't do anything to it you don't want. Good, fair, honest prices and you won't have an issue. If Hank can't get it done for you, then he'll point you in the right direction to get what you need done.
He is a pretty busy shop, so I recommend calling ahead and getting an appointment set up, just to make things easier on you and on a great shop.

I absolutely recommend Hank's Auto Services. I had a wonderful experience talking with Hank and discussing my classic car's needed maintenance. I came to him with a list of potential things that I thought needed to be done, and he did an amazingly thorough job checking all of my requests in addition to an overall check of my vehicle. He only performed work that needed to be done (ultimately saving me money) and gave recommendations of what would likely need to be done in the future. Hank's is a great shop and I'm so thankful to have an auto mechanic that I trust with my classic car.

This is one of those times when Yelp has been more than helpful. Based on these strong reviews (and a few good words from fellow Yelper and all-around good egg, Kent M) I ventured to have my minor engine problem diagnosed and repaired at this small and local shop.
Firstly, I got to talk to Hank himself when I called. I dearly love it when the owner answers his own phone. I got a good impression from what he had to say about my problem.
When he called me back personally to tell me what he had found, he gave me options as to how I could have it handled, the advantages and disadvantages of each, and the accompanying differences in cost.
Considering that they seem to be a pretty busy operation, I was very pleased to be able to pick up my vehicle that same afternoon.
I got the chance to chat briefly with Hank before and after the operation and my impression pf a good, solid, honest, hard-working, and knowledgeable man was reinforced.
I am very satisfied with the the work, the pricing, and the friendly, courteous manner in which I was treated.
I will continue to bring any future problems to this shop and I highly recommend their services to anyone else who, like myself, may feel a bit skittish when entrusting their baby to a new automotive maintenance and repair shop.

I have had two good experiences with their service. They are honest and try to accommodate the customer as best they can.
I have a Bricklin SV-1, and while it is a conventional car in most respects, it can be a little difficult to work on, because the limited production numbers means it isn't listed in many parts catalogs. Still, Hank's takes that in stride and tries to tackle whatever issues I am having.
A good local company, right next to Harder's Auto Parts.

I have used Hanks Auto Repair for a number of different things for my Honda Pilot to include 2 tire rods, air conditioning compressor, belt replacements, and diagnostic checks. He has always been forth coming with cost upfront, and stands by his quotes. He books up quickly, but will try to fit you in if it's an emergency. My motto, "if your not busy, there must be a reason why".

Took my vehicle here to have the air conditioner fixed cause it was not working and they did an excellent job. The air conditioner has never worked this good and on these hot days it is just wonderful. Thank You for a job well done.

Ripped me off. Had a bad fuel pump, and asked him to tell me how much longer I had on my brakes. He charged me $665 for the fuel pump and labor, plus another $80 to bend over for 5 seconds and look at the brakes. $745 out the door. That fuel pump went bad 2 years later (not blaming hank for that)... had it replaced somewhere else for $410 out the door. This was 2011. Have told probably 100 people to stay away since then.

Hank's is an honest, reasonably priced auto repair garage. Example: I took my 2011Chrysler 200 with only 40000 miles on it to get a front end alignment at a franchise repar facility. They said the front end couldn't be alinged because an inner tie rod and a control arm was bad.They gave me a list of of the parts and labor costs. The price was just over $700 to repair. I took the to Hank's for a second opinion. I told Hank what the other place said needed to be replaced, he said he would look at it to be sure. When Hank called me, he told me the ball joint on the control arm could be replaced and that the whole control arm didn't have to, and that the tie rod was fine. Hank's price to repair my car was almost $500 less than Mrs Mufflers price was to repair my car. And the repair price at Hanks included a front end alignment. Thank You Hank for being honest. There are not many people out there like that any more! Thanks again, George Richardson.
