This has got to be the most helpful, accommodating place I've had the pleasure of bringing my car for service. We had an emergency occur as I was headed out to work a little while back. All it took was a call to them and someone to tow our vehicle and it was in great hands. When we realized we wouldn't be able to make it to their facility before they closed, they were flexible with us, taking payment by phone and making arrangements for us to pick the vehicle up even after hours by locking the keys in the car so we could use our spare keys to access the car. AND, they operated with integrity as well as quality. We have now found a new regular mechanic and close to home.

Friends of ours can't stop talking about how courteous and honest this shop was with them while on vacation from Ohio. They worked them in and kept them posted on timeline of ordered parts and repair time.

Had our car towed there with a likely transmission problem. The did some legwork and it turns out that the car is still under warranty due to the low mileage! They could have done the work which I would have paid for or they could have tried to rip me off any number of ways, but they would not even take any money for the diagnosis and information! Had the car towed to a Nissan dealer and awaiting their diagnosis. Christian Brothers just became my new mechanic.

I had my 2012 kia Optima towed there after my engine seized out by my job in Sarasota. I didn't get in the area till 11:45pm that night, but in the morning I received a call from Ron. He walked me through the process and made sure I knew exactly what was going on. Always telling people about how you've helped me. Thank you

We just moved from Sarasota to North Port, and even though loved our mechanics there, the trip to get something done is a little far for me. So I decided to try this place really close to our house and let me tell you, these guys here were just awesome. I'm big in customer service and they neil it! The place is clean and organized. My wife's alternator died on the way home from work and we had the car towed to Christian Brothers. The next morning, they had the problem pinpointed immediately and replaced the alternator for an extremely reasonable price and within an hour. Jason, the owner, picked me up from home through their shuttle service and was extremely pleasant. I've never had a better experience.

Amazing service. Got an oil change and was waiting inside while its raining. Car was brought to the front under the canopy for pick up. Then I had my sons car brought in by tow truck because it broke down the night before. He was so upset be because he just spend all his money on it and he had no money for repairs. These great people upon arrival found it had a cracked engine and check in the warranty and had Honda come get it free of charge and they waived their fee as well. All their research within an hour of its arrival and iff to Honda. They are highly recommended and Honest:) thanks christian brothers

Quick service, excellent work and price was reasonable, especially since I didn't want to crawl under my vehicle. I was dealing with several people throughout the process but I believe the owner (or one of the owners) was the man I dealt with at checkout. What a nice guy! Retired military which was a bonus as not only did I get to support one of our local businesses I was also able to support one of our National heroes. Great place, great staff, and I will go back again.

My car broke down on the side of the road and I got a tow truck to take me to the nearest mechanic. He brought me to Christian Brothers Automotive. Being that having car failure is a very stressful and frustrating experience they made it a lot easier for me. From the moment I walked into their office I was treated with nothing but respect. Jason the owner took it upon himself to make sure I was taken care of. HE drove me to a nearby hotel where I could spend the night meanwhile my vehicle got fixed. I spoke with Jason on the way to the hotel about his family and about college football. Although, we aren't the fans of the same football teams I would still recommend anyone to Christian Brothers Automotive. It's that small hometown feel that you don't see very often anymore. I would definitely use them again. Thanks Jason and Christian Brothers for all of your help and of course for your hospitality.

Was having issues with my H3... called Christian Brothers and they told me to bring it in.. The folks there were super friendly and thorough... not to mention they shuttled me home till my car was ready and offered to pick me back up when it was done!! What a great business that truly lives up to it's name! I was in the area and stopped in their shop because a flat tire light come on in my car. They were so welcoming when I came in. I explained my situation and asked if they could take a look at it. They checked it out and ended up that I needed air in all 4 tires. Then when it was said and done, and asked how much I owed themthey said nothing! I know some may say that they didn't do much anyway, but I disagree. What they did took time and was worth something! I was so grateful for the service and in awe at the act of kindness they showed! I'll be back! Thank you Christian Brothers Auto!!

The staff was very professional and welcoming. I didn't feel that they would take advantage and try to gouge, that has happen to me in other garages. they are honest and up front with everything. They provide excellent work and integrity. I plan on using them for all of my automotive needs.
