Brought in my car into the shop on short notice for a brake inspection and to request a quote. Their shop has been around since 1999 and they have been in their current location since 2006. Dennis was very helpful and offered up some good solutions for replacing my brake pads and rotors with high quality aftermarket solutions.
Dennis seems like a very honest and personable individual and offered a very fair price for the repair, around $700. I was quoted nearly $1300 for aftermarket parts and labor from another local auto repair shop, which is nearly DOUBLE what Dennis had quoted me. Also, just for comparison's sake, $1300 is also how much it would have cost to have gotten my brakes replaced with factory parts from Audi at another shop that I trust and have gone to in NJ. So in terms of pricing and the services that they provide, they are very fair and reasonable. Feel free to price shop like I did, but I don't think you can find a better place in the area for your auto repair needs in terms of price and quality of service.
Their staff is very kind and cordial and it was very easy to set up an appointment. I highly recommend this place for your auto repair needs!

I've been reading many reviews of this auto repair shop. And most all had great reviews, so I kinda felt skeptical. But after taking my car hear this morning, I now understand why the reviews are so good.
Great offer for state Inspection and emissions on Groupon. So took full advantage of it. Walked in And was welcomed by a very nice lady. Told her what i was there for. Dennis the owner came out in no time to get my car, 60 min later it was done.. I look forward to bringing my vehicle back hear in the near future for work done to it.
Auto Matters gets so much work I couldn't find a parking spot. So thats kinda telling u something. to be out with in 60 min is very surprising. The waiting room has a TV with some seats to wait for your vehicle. A nice size bathroom. And that's really about it.
If you need you're vehicle fixed I recommend this place!!

Dennis is a really nice guy. Honest and goof quality service. He really works with his customers and explains things and talk to them before he does any work. I've been to his garage a few times for some work on my car and the work and prices are very reasonable.

Truly awesome experience! This was my second time at Auto Matters and I have to say that Dennis is awesome. Explains thoroughly what your car needs in layman's terms, provides inexpensive options and excellent advice. All of the mechanics are pleasant, knowledgeable and efficient. I spent all of 25 minutes my second time for state inspection and maybe an hour my first time getting brakes without an appointment. If you want a no nonsense, quick, and thorough job, this is your place! They are not looking to nickel and dime you for every little and they're prices are very reasonable. Also, Dennis brought my brakes out to show me how worn they were and explained why my car was making a noise. I love him! I will be back! Dennis' wife is truly a gem as well!

This independent, family run business was everything I'm looking for. Purchased their Emissions/Inspection Groupon a few weeks ago. Being a little hesitant because I felt 'this is too good to be true.' My car is a 2005- when something's broke I'll fix it. I don't know much about cars and I voiced that to them. Bottom line is they were amazing. Called me right away... Let me know the car is clear and did well. I asked for tips over the next year and the owner gave me advice. It made me feel good. The shop was clean, owner personable/I wasn't pushed around, talked into anything or tossed to the side. I finally found someone I TRUST. Thanks guys.

Just got my new Mercedes inspected there yesterday, 10-28-15, using a groupon. I've never been there before, but relied on excellent yelp reviews. Dennis and Kim are owners and they were both super friendly, helpful and understanding from my first phone call to make the appointment to getting my car inspected. Despite informing them that I'll be using a groupon when I made my 1st appointment, they were super accommodating. They scheduled me in to accommodate my last minute requests 4 times, after having to reschedule my appointment for the 4th time, due to all kinds of problems with getting my new car back and proper paper work from the Cherry Hill New Jersey Mercedes dealership to get my Pennsylvania inspection done. Not once were Dennis or Kim in the last bit annoyed with me for having to keep rescheduling and requesting last minute appointments, despite using a groupon! Instead, they were very empathetic and even offered for me to have the service department of Mercedes dealership call them directly when I was having problems with the dealership. I would wholeheartedly recommend this place and plan to return without a groupon. I have already recommended this place to a close friend.

Dennis is a real honest and great guy and really does everything he can to get your car running. Staff are helpful, friendly and are true car enthusiasts. I get all my work done here from state inspection, electrical work, and general car maintenance. Would recomend him to anyone in Philly or Bucks county!

Have been there about 4 times for my oil change and inspection and they still asked me if I am the the first time here. Looks like the don't keep records of customers. The job is get done, but customer service is not the best. Just an ok place to go.
