not honest people. Dropped my vehicle off for service, they called a few days later saying what the cost would be. We said go ahead and fix it. Then they called when it was done and said your service light are on do you want us to run a diagnostic, I said they were not on when I took it in and on Monday you called and made NO mention of that so something has triggered the lights. Then they said they did not mess with the electronics so they did not do it. No lights when it came in, no mention of lights when you did the checkup to get me the repair estimate, vehicle has not been anyplace but in your care since then. The lady said diagnostic shows that battery was disconnected a number of times and she wrote (right on my paper , (to cover their mistake ) that I said to disconnect the battery. She absolutely lied. I NEVER ONCE SAID THAT. I asked her if they could clear the codes because she said that the mechanic said that sometimes the computer has to relearn after work has been done. I would never use them again (not because the are not good mechanics but because they would lie as they did.
