I had a blowout while on the way to work in my 2008 Milan. The service manager at the front counter was able quote me a tire on the spot and recommend a tire that was better suited to my driving at less of a price than the original tire that was on the vehicle. Do yourself a favor next time ...

Do yourself a favor next time you get an outrageous estimate from an auto shop - take your car here to this autolab on Michigan ave and let them double check it. I have saved so much money by having this autolab do proper diagnosis and repair rather than letting gas station mechanics rip my car up and charge me to put it back together. Many thanks to the owner and staff for always doing a good job!

So happy to say my car is driving better then the day I bought it!!! If you want honest men who know what they're doing, go to this shop. They're #1 priority is to do the best job, and they have outstanding staff. The gentlemen at the front desk went above and beyond to help me and make sure I got everything I needed taken care of. Went in because my cable to my battery was bad and left satisfied till a few days later my dash gauges started going crazy. So I took my vehicle back and ask if it could of been the new cable that they put on. They said that the cable was fine and that I would have to come back in the morning to have pay for digonistic and it sounded to them that it was my alternator. So I had someone I know and trust come fix it and he had to fix what auto lab had done and now my vehicle works fine. I would not recommend auto lab to no one.

I have been coming to Auto Lab - South Canton for at least six years. Joe, John and their team are great. When I was a single mom with car problems, I would get filled with anxiety about taking my car in for repairs. Even though I am married, with our busy schedules and the new car technologies, the husband doesn't have the time to get under the hood. Whether you are a single woman or a married couple like us, I would HIGHLY recommend this team to anyone looking for an honest and trustworthy mechanic. Buying a used car? Take it in for an inspection. What you pay for upfront could save lots of headache and money later on. What else can I say? Oh yeah, they have loaner cars (if available at the time) so you aren't left without a vehicle. They know that life goes on for you while your car needs repair. Love these guys so very much!

Took my car there for some work, and when I got it back, several covers from strange parts of my car were just laying in my back seat. Plastic covers, that have nothing to do with the work being done. Why they removed them, I'll never know, because you don't need parts removed from your seats, to replace a fuel pump. All of my belongings were scattered across the backseat, and all of my floor mats were piled behind my passenger seat. Also unnecessary to change a fuel pump. Not only that, but an overdrive cover on my shift pad was removed and broken. I'm also missing several strange things from my car, like a set of tiny screw drivers I always kept in the glove box. I've had the car for 10 years, and have NEVER removed that set. They tried to charge me for things they didn't do with the car, and said they tried to, "fix," my car, when I only gave them permission to diagnose it. I will never bring my car back, nor would I ever send even my worst enemy there.

Have you ever called a shop and asked for a simple quote? Most of them will give you one if you are specific about what you want and the year, make, model of your car. The Auto Lab owner or manager said he is unable to quote a power steering pump on the phone, and kept trying to get me to come in. Then I asked how much to put car on hoist and see the cause of a leak. He said $50 to add dye to oil. I've gone to many shops and most will not charge anything, because most leaks can be found visually. Alarm bells go up. My advice to anyone who asked me would be to brake and steer clear of this place.
