Our car was towed there and after having a few issues, John, the owner, stepped in to make things right. He followed through with what he said he would do and gave us a thorough report into what they did and observed. He is honest and operates with integrity. I had a great experiences at J& P. I have been there several times for things like brakes/rotors, inspections, oil changes and small engine issues. They have been courteous, have provided accurate estimates, were timely in their repairs and my car has always left feeling better. They offer the old school honest service that is hard to come by these days and I will happily continue to go there for my servicing needs.
