No Pressure!

I never feel pressured into car services that I don't need at this quick lube. They are fast and friendly and open early on a Saturday morning. You also get a discount on the prefect 10 car wash next door with every oil change.

BEWARE!!! This place is a scammer! They charged me $70 that I didn't want and didn't even ask if I needed it. This is the first time I had an oil change for this car because it was my husband's and I thought, WTF! Oil change is $160!!! my husband said to go to this place and so I did. They didn't even ask anything except if I have ever been there and I said no but the car has been. Not even what kind of oil do I want! And no, I didn't complain when I was there because I'm a skinny female and did not feel that I am safe to b..ch at the short dude who immediately gave me that "scammer" vibe.

The worst experience ever. I got an oil change on my dodge intrepid. The wrong oil filter was installed and it rubbed on the ground until it got a hole in it and all the oil ran out seizing the engine. I have tried on several occasions to contact someone above the manager named Dieon. Supposedly I was going to receive a phone call to discuss a resolution. Meanwhile my car is sitting at a shop incuring storage fees daily and my wife doesn't have a vechicle to drive to work. I have also called and asked to speak with the owner and but he is never there. I asked for his email address, nobody knows what it is. I call BS. It seems to me that the only protocol that everyone follows is How to give a unhappy customer the run around. That is the only portioin of this experience that I would rate a "PERFECT 10"

They tried to tell my i was 5,000 miles over due on my oil change... P.S. You do not need to change your oil every 3,000 miles for newer vehicles. From the jeep user manual "Your vehicle is equipped with an automatic oil change indicator system. The oil change indicator system will remind you that it is time to take your vehicle in for scheduled maintenance". My oil change light came on and i brought it in. Please do not lie to you customers...

The service I had was awful and they tried to sell me things I did not need did not seem very professional the manager was extremely rude as well
