I knew that the a/c compressor on my 99 tahoe was done, i called bob he gave me a rough price that i thought was very fair.the work was done very quickly and properly. I found him to be a very honest type of guy. I would not hesitate to recommend a to z.There is an old saying that a pickpocket never carries his wallet in his back pocket,a lier never believes anybody a honest person trusts everybody. I talked to bob when he told me the truck was done i could not pick it up that day.he told me where the key,s would be then said pay me monday or tuesday. this is the first time that i have delt with bob yet he trusted me to pay him witch i will do on monday. that says a lot about his way of dealing with people and his trust. A lier doesn,t trust anybody an honest person does.

My Honda dealer diagnosed that I had a bad A/C compressor, and wanted over $900 to replace it. A friend highly recommended Bob at A to Z to get a second opinion, so I took the 45 minute drive to Southold. Bob very quickly discovered nothing more than a bad relay (a $33 part) and quickly had me on my way! Bob demonstrates himself to be honest, experienced, and knowledgeable. I would very highly recommend A to Z to anyone, and will use them again without hesitation. Well worth the trip!
