You guys did it again. Got my diesel 4wd truck running to the max. It's so nice not to have to panic whe the truck needs a service. Not only do I get a great loaner vehicle but when I get the truck back its like driving a new truck. I like the fact that you contact me advising me of what needs to be done and what will need to be done in the future. With a 4wd heavy duty truck you can't be to careful. Safety comes first with you guys and excellent workmanship. I can't thank you enough!!!!!

they suck 4wd special what ? train wreck they fucked up my truck admitted nothing put down on the bill the other side of the truck so they had no responsibility ass hole owner driving down the highway right front tire almost fell off dick heads didn't lock in the washers 4 wd no common sense what so ever --walking dildo for sure

A day after Huricane Sandy

It is 10/30/2012 a day after Huricane Sandy. I blew a power steering line. Not One place is open from my house 30 miles away from Millington. Running on a back up generator,Bob and a small crew were there for emergencies to repair my hose!

I took my 1963 Rambler to Long Hill Auto recently. The shop is clean and organized, the mechanics friendly and knowledgeable. They diagnosed a particularly difficult problem and made the repairs. The owner recommended what needed to be done to "make it right". I appreciate that. I don't like shops that just recommend the bare minimum for the lowest cost. They use the right quality parts and the service rates are competitive. Will come back for service for my other cars. Recommended.

I took my car for an inspection. My check engine light went on - perhaps I should know this would make you fail, but I don't inspect cars for a living so I wasn't aware. I'm told the car failed for having the check engine light on. So basically they just turned my car on and saw immediately that it was going to fail. Which means they did not actually perform an inspection...yet they still charged me $75 for their "service". Updating my review from one star to five. I received a letter from the owner and a check refunding me for the $75 I was charged for the inspection. I appreciate that there are businesses who care about their customers and have integrity. Thank you for doing the right thing.

I have nothing but praise for these guys. My car stopped dead for no apparent reason an they got it running, only to have the problem repeat. Long Hill sent out a truck with a loner car on the bed, picked up my car and kept it until they were absolutely positive they got it right. Though the original fix wasn't quite right, they did more than apologize, they righted the problem and didn't charge me again. Everyone here was kind and accommodating. They were upfront and honest about cost and needed service. Additionally, they vacuumed my car! I highly recommend this shop.
