Do you want to take your car to a shop that other customers recommend and trust completely? These guys have done a lot of work for me over the years on four different cars. Engine work, brakes, suspension,and transmissions, etc. It's nice to not have to worry about whether you're going to get what you need done. I just leave them my car, tell them what the problem is, and they always give me their best. I've been going to West Chapel Auto for over ten years. I trust them completely. Horrible Service

The owner said he could fix my car. I left my car there and checked up periodically. He continuously said that he was getting to it over a three week span. I finally decided to check on the vehicle and found out that he had not touched the car. After three weeks!!! He changed his mind and said that he didn't want to work on it because once he looked at it he figured he didn't have enough time to dedicate to the problem. He wasted three weeks of my time, after continuously stringing me along. If you have time to waste and don't need your car back anytime soon go with this guy. Also, if you want to risk not getting your car repaired at all.

At first I thought it was crazy to drive from the Main Line to Cherry Hill to service my car. But, I have to admit that my husband was right that it's worth it to bring our cars to West Chapel Auto Services. Jay is fabulous and he has all of the qualities you want in your mechanic. For the umptienth time, I was disgusted with the poor service and constant costs with taking my car to the auto dealer's service department. They charged top dollar for each lame attempt and didn't fix the issue. They don't really listen to you, they don't "hear" you, plus they give you wrong information on a regular basis. Luckily I picked West Chapel Auto out of the yellow pages, and ever since have had great service with a big genuine smile. If there's an issue that is difficult to resolve, Jay eventually finds the resolution, never gives up, and doesn't give you a bunch of bull. If you are reading this, believe me, give Jay an opportunity to work on your car, and you will be happy to have an honest, hard-working, person that you can trust, and will also share a few laughs with you.

My wife and I are planning a move to the west coast to spend time getting to know some family. We travel a lot, but have never embarked on a voyage this big. We plan on taking our time and have been putting a lot of money into our 2000 Jeep Cherokee by my regular mechanic in Philly. Suddenly, after getting many much needed repairs done to it, the transmission seal began to leak profusely. Well, we were just not expecting this at all. My regular mechanic won't touch the tranny and suggested I start looking for someone trustworthy in my area. After talking to some very shady transmission guys in the Cherry Hill area we came to West Chapel Auto since it was right up the street from me. They looked at the leaks for me and made some suggestions for us and were very helpful as I explained our situation. The price for the repairs he gave us was very fair, my mechanic confirmed this for me. We could afford it, but it was going to make things very hard on us. Jay made a suggestion to me that I could not believe I heard him say; he suggested we try going to a commercial chain transmission place, not because it would cost me less, but because if I were on the west coast and something happened I could go to any of the chain places out there where the warranty for the work would still be honored. I never go to these kinds of places, I look for professionals who have an honest relationship with their customer. But his suggestion to me suggested that he cared more about making sure we weren't stuck in the middle of nowhere without the means to go through this again instead of just getting the job from us. I wish I could have given them my business and let them know I wanted them to fix it but what he said to us made sense and it was something I hadn't considered. And by going to the quickie place I am saving a little bit but I'd much rather pay Jay to do it knowing how honest he is. I can truly say that you can trust this place, these are great people with great values and they care about you and your car.
