Good service, but Hearing from a lot of people that some of their workers are not certified.

It is of my highest recommendation that you DO NOT GO HERE! They refuse to negotiate prices with you and are very greedy. There Finance Manager/Sales Manager Russ(Russell) Barnes has a disgusting attitude and the worst customer services skills that I ever witnessed. We attempted to discuss prices for a Toyota with high mileage and various defects and he responded with a bad attitude and a raised tone of voice that, "this is the final price!" He then threw the pricing document on the office table, rushed out of the office and slammed the door, after only minutes of discussion cutting me off in the midst of our discussion. Shortly after, he aggressively rushed back into the same office and said "That we don't need or want your business." My family and I went to this dealership with nothing but respect, patience, and understanding. Our negotiation price was well above the suggested price of KBB considering that it had various defects, high mileage and was in a serious accident. Please don't spend your hard earn money at such a disrespectful and appalling establishment, I highly encourage you to look else where for your vehicle. You deserve more respect and better service than that of Allen Samuels dealership!

Allen Samuels is pleasant to do business with, they are helpful to all customers. They have great deals on tires and oil changes. They also have a well established body shop / collision center that will repair any year make or model of vehicle. Check out the Deals on Jeeps, RAMS and Dodges and Chrysler.

This is NOT a great place to make a vehicle purchase, you are met with rude and unprofessional people who are unapologetic to a potential customer. If your looking for a place to negotiate to buy a car, I highly advise to go else where. If I could give it zero stars I would!

We went to look at a used truck. The trade in they offered was laughable. We bought a new truck in Memphis and we're given 4500 more for our car. If you're interested in buying a vehicle, Memphis is where you need to shop.

So this is a long review but please be patient because youre going to want to know just how bad of a dealership Allen Samuels really is and I want to explain this clearly. My girlfriends 2006 jeep grand cherokee broke down and my dad owns a mechanic shop but its 400 miles away and we were both busy so we took her jeep into Allen Samuels to get it fixed. We knew it would be more expensive to take to a dealership but she had it fixed there before(when it was Chandler Motors) and decided to take it back. Heres the problem: It had a bad rear end, also known as rear axle assembly. They told us they were going to put a new one in. When we got it, they put a used one in that had 70,000 miles on it. They charged us $1,000 for a used one when you can buy a BRAND NEW one from Autozone for $1,000 which is a quarter of a mile away from their dealership. You can buy a used one from Memphis with 100,000 miles on it for $400. When I confronted them about it, they said they dont buy parts from Autozone because of their warranty and that they can only buy new parts from Chrysler and a new one would be $3700. So basically they would not buy a new one from Autozone but theyll buy a used one from a Salvage yard and somehow charge $600 more than other Salvage yards. But please stick with me because it gets WAYYY worse. Theres a lot of parts that come with a rear-end on a vehicle, brakes and such. If you buy a used one, you get all those parts. If you buy a new one you might have to take your parts off the old one and put on the new one. Since a used one has all those parts on it already, all you have to do is take the old one out and put the new-used one in it. It should take you about 1-2 hours if youre a decent mechanic. If youre an awful mechanic, lets say 5 hours tops. They charged us $890 for labor for a job that should have been done in 2 hours. Thats almost $450 an hour for labor. They charge $89.50 an hour for labor. So theyre saying it took them about 10 hours to fix this vehicle. To try and justify the time they spent they said the cables were rusted and brakes seized up, etc. and they had to put new ones on it. Which, EVEN if that were true, the used one should come with all those parts so all they had to do was take the one off and put the new one on. Although, its not true because if those things would have been seized up, we never would have been able to stop the vehicle because the rear-end cables control the parking break. So, they lied about that to rip us off on money. Well, they called us and told us the vehicle was ready and we come to pick it up and they give us the keys. We go to leave and the battery is dead. This mechanic is so good at his job not only did he take 10 hours to do a job that takes 2 hours max but he also somehow let the battery die (Battery is 6 months old by the way) and we had to jump it off. I drive my vehicle home and my girlfriend drives her jeep. We get home and she says the jeep is making an awful noise. I drive it and sure enough something on the rear-end isnt fixed. So, clearly the mechanic fixed it but didnt drive it afterwards to make sure because they battery was dead and if he had driven it even a mile down the road hed know something was wrong. We took it back and after driving it, he brought it straight into the shop and he said the passenger side bushing was broken. For those of you who have no idea what that means, the bushing is the very last thing to go on a rear-end before its connected to the vehicle. So you put the bushings on the rear-end and then you bolt on the rear-end to the vehicle. So its very very very difficult for that to happen. Based on the sound it was making if it was a bushing, it was because its missing and not broken. They told us it would be a little less than $2000 to fix. They charged us $2170. It could have been done for under a $1000 by any honest or decent mechanic. I wouldnt recommend Allen Samuels to anyone.
