Fantastic Service!! My first time buying a jeep through you and I was very pleased with the outcome.. Never once did I feel pressured into anything! Great service - no pressure- Arden was great!!! Def would recommend Paquin to friends and family! Interesting as I always heard grest things about the Automaster and the service there was terrible. Went to try out s brand new BMW Convertible - wasn't even clean. So I bought myself a Lincoln!

I have to say that their advertising is quite creepy. Handwritten envelope with no return address, handwritten post-it note from "J." on a ripped out newspaper ad. This had me wondering who would send something like this to me until I found out many other people who have received the same thing, and none of them were thrilled about it, either. I will most definitely not be coming to this shady dealership. Ever.

Extremely creepy newspaper clipping I received in the mail by an anonymous sender should have read: "Saint Albans Dealer Shocks Community With Bizarrely Out-Of-Touch Marketing Method: Avoid Them At All Costs." After learning that I was, in fact, not being targeted in some terrible way and that is was the genius work of Paquin, I called their office, where whoever I spoke to basically laughed at my legitimate concerns this caused. Oh, and he had the gall to remind me of their sale at the end of the call. Simply breathtaking. I have never stepped foot here and never will.

Where is my creepy, hand written letter on a post-it note with a torn piece of newspaper advertising a great deal on a pre-owned car? I bought a Durango there years ago and it was a great vehicle...of course one of my friends was the sales person, so it was pretty simple. I would buy from Paquins again...just as soon as my current car hits the 100,000 mile mark.

Worst car buying experience of my life!!! Numerous times of misinformation. I literally drove my car unregistered for almost two weeks because the DMV needed more info from the dealer. I was also told that the registration was included and then later told I owed the $70. The whole process was a huge rigamarole. I expressed my dissatisfaction to the sales person and stated I was going to write a review and his response was "don't do it". The only plus is I like the car.

If you google "letter without return addresses", go look what you find...if you are reported you can be in serious trouble. Shame on you and your "business".

I found it very unprofessional that I was sent a handwritten letter with a ripped-out piece of newspaper and a post-it note inside telling me to "check out" this dealership. I hope that this isn't something you continue in the future, because I found it rude in the extreme. Addendum- Whoever is running this page is deleting unfavorable comments having to do with their recent mailing campaign. If you'd like others to hear about your experience, make an actual review.

I've been here twice and it's been a bad experience on both occasions. First time I tell them what I want and give all my info to contact me. They never called me back, then I randomly show up the other day to see what they have and give it a 2nd chance. After looking I only find one car on the whole lot I was interested in and it had snow inside the car. Someone left the sunroof open and it snowed, so wind blew it all in the car. I tried to be nice and sent the photos to the dealership and all they did was ask if I'm still interested. Let's see you guys never contacted me back and who knows how long the car sat with snow, water, and ice inside the car during freezing temperatures. I'm definitely all set with that.

Absolutely no stars for this business. I bought a preowned car 3 weeks ago broke down with it had to get towed to a shop to find out my rear left and right back coil springs are snapped, my caliper is frozen right up, my wheel bearings were disintegrated no breaks and need rotors. i told the sales man that i wanted a mechanic to come look at the car before buying it and he said " i had nothing to worry about the car just came out of the shop" what a nice company.. if you all want a lemon them come on down to paquins!!
