I will never use this shop for collision repair. I suggest that for every one. I had an accident on my 2000 Audi TT in the rear right hand side. First time he gave the car back after fixing it. He forgot to put the nut on the barring. We thought it was new tires we got but when we took it back to sears they told us that where we had the work done they forgot to put a nut on the barring. We took it back he fixed it. Then again the noise started we took it back and he said that it is not coming from the right rear. I took it to Audi specialist where I have my regular service done. They said that it is coming from right rear. I call him to tell him that He tells me that if it is not the right rear barring and if he changes it. I will have to pay for it, Which I don't mind but going back and forth and not getting my car fixed. If you want the headache than you get your car repair at this shop
