I had my windshield repaired by safelite and they did a terrible job which cracked again after just a few months. I decided to try Scorsone's when it needed replacement again and they did a great job and used much better quality glass. I've also come in for minor repairs and inspections, and had a pre-purchase inspection done on a car my girlfriend was in the process of purchasing. Scorsone's looked that car over and assured us it was in great shape. It's been two years and we've had no issues with it. I definitely trust their judgement. I know a little bit about basic repairs, I can change my own oil, etc. and I never felt like I was being taken advantage of. I'm a student at SUNY Geneseo and the staff here was kind enough to drop me off and pick me up from campus when my car was in for service. I wish there was a shop this reliable in my hometown.

Excellent work. Have always done what I've asked, no more and no less. Honest when they tell me I could fix it without them. The mechanics have always sat down and talked with me to explain what was wrong and how they were going to fix it if I couldn't. Highly recommended. Very friendly people who do quick and efficient work. I have tried multiple service centers in Geneseo (M&R, Greased Lightning) but Scorsone's has been the best.

As a freshman in college, getting into my first accident when I was three hours from home was very scary. My math professor & recommended I take my car to scorsone's for the flat tire and possible other problems. I couldn't have taken better advice! They fixed it up quickly, explained what was wrong, and gave me advice as to where to go from there. They also offer pick-up & drop-off services which is really helpful for college students like myself. I was expecting a huge bill, but I was relieved to find the opposite - as well as a 10% student discount. Scorsone's is the place to go!
