I visited Wright's Complete Automotive today because my car air conditioner was blowing warm air. The owner, Matt, took the time to explain to me the diagnostic he would perform to determine the issue. When a leak was found in my valve I asked to see under the hood and he showed me exactly where the problem was found. Matt Wright is a competent mechanic. His employee on hand was helpful and courteous. Wright's Complete Automotive has reasonable prices. I recommend it to others and I plan to go back in the future.

I have been bringing my vehicles to Matt for several years now. My experience with Matt is he is knowledgeable and prompt. He always answers all my questions and I feel safe having him as my mechanic. I am a female and let's face it, in this trade women can get had. Matt is fair with his prices and I know that to be true growing up in a dealership around mechanics. I've never had a bad experience with his work.

Excellent service. Matt and his team were able to schedule me in the same day that I called. After listening carefully to what I thought were the issues with the car, Matt did a thorough diagnosis and provided me with an accurate and detailed estimate of work. Although the repairs were more extensive than I planned due to the age of the vehicle, Matt worked with me to reach a fair price and completed the work when he said that he would. He also helped me find a creative and inexpensive solution to some body damage that was not a part of the original repair work but something I'd been planning to get repaired for months. An honest review of an honest mechanic. When I first went to Wright's Auto I was naive teenager with my first vehicle not knowing what god-awful sound my engine was making. He was he was straight and honest with me right away and told me the car just needed some gas (naive). Now that my own bias is out of the way what do I think? I remember feeling a little bit embarrassed but wasn't charged for anything but the gas and since then I have been back for inspections and routine maintenance. Each time Matt and his employees are clear and helpful walking me through anything I don't fully get. His prices seem fair, the work is expert and honest mechanic is very much a diamond in the rough. If you think it is as important as me to support local business and have honest report than Wright's is your place. Today I took my Mom's car to the shop for an alternator and the same great service above applied. Fair price, honest explanation of parts/labor and a lot of respect for Mom and I. They can expect my business in the future.

Great service! Reliable and dependable. Matt troubleshot an emergency break issue and fixed it easily and quickly. The Ford dealership had quoted me over $1500 in repairs that were not necessary. He'll be our family mechanic from now on.

I originally was optimistic about this repair shop based on the positive reviews. However, the owner was disrespectful, condescending and rude to me as a customer. I would prefer to spend the extra money at a dealership repair shop than to support this business.
