I live in Missouri, while traveling to Roanoke Va, my truck broke down. I called Val, and she found my issue plus found and fixed other issues with my truck. Now thanks to her my 12 hour trip back to Missouri will be worry free. Highly recommend them.

Best auto shop in the entire Roanoke area and more. Honest, conscientious, fair, professional, and reasonable. If it needs to be done, they tell you. If it doesn't need it, they tell you that too. Can't recommend them highly enough. I have been using them for 16 years and have been totally satisfied.

I've waited about two months to write this review, and I still could not be happier with the work that they did for me.I made the switch as I was unhappy with my old mechanic.My car was a hot mess when I took it to Val's, but they showed me everything that needed to be done to it - explained why - AND gave me options. My car now drives like it did 100k miles ago. My quote was accurate and honest, the work was quality and I feel confident that my money was well spent. Couldn't be happier knowing I've got an honest and knowledgeable mechanic looking after my car.
