Imagine this, you walk into this place for car, the dealer says that the car has no absolutely no problems and is in excellent condition and if anything happened to it he ll fix it, you negotiate the price, and when you start signing the paper, he takes off the powertrain warranty because you negotiated price, and as you finish signing the papers, he finally tells you that the transmission has a problem. And long behold within 1,000 the transmission complete breaks down costing $2,100 in repair. This is exactly what happened to me. Avoid this place like a plague.

Was looking for a car for my daughter's first year at college. We bought a 2002 VW Beetle. The car was in great shape to begin with. I called Alex with a couple of mechanical issues about two weeks after the purchase. He told me to bring it by the shop and it would be taken care of. I looked up the costs to have these items repaired: over $550! Not only did he not charge for the services, he communicated every detail about the replaced items.Alex and his team have always been very professional and gracious during the entire process. I am a tough consumer: I would buy cars from Alex and Classic Performance again. I recommend them to anyone looking for great, affordable cars! AAA+

Super slow repair time

The repair time is way to slow, if my car breaks down I expect to have it fixed in at least one full business day. Instead I waited three full business days. Downloaded this app to find a new repair shop.

I dealt with this used car business & bought a car for my daughter. I was amazed with the honesty and integrity of the business owner "ADAM", and the way he conducts business. The car we bought was very clean, and the owner honored every promise he made to us. We recommend that you give them a try for your automotive needs.

This is a horrible place. The mechanics, including owner Omar, are incompetent and very dishonest. They will tell you all day long that they can fix your car, then you realize that they lied and stole your money. Aside from working while impaired, these mechanics are unreliable and unprofessional.They overcharge for repairs and deliberately botch the job in order to force you to take your car back to them, where additional charges are applied to the bill. Stay away!

If I could give this place zero stars I would! The entire dealership is a SCAM, the cars are broken down and they use a machine to reset all the service lights!!! I wanted to purchase a Mercedes, took it to the Mercedes dealership-- the mechanics at the Mercedes dealership knew exactly where the car was from "CLASSIC PERFORMANCE AUTO" and started to chuckle while examining the car. The mechanics at the Mercedes dealership said that "CLASSIC PERFORMANCE AUTO" were crooks and would reset all the lights on the car and sell the car. They are scums, especially "Alex," he lied straight to my face about the car. When I took the car back to "Alex" and told him what the mechanics at the Mercedes dealership said, he started to yell and use profanity--- by the way this was in front of my 5 year old daughter, and wife. Furthermore, he kicked my family and I out of the dealership. He is a "BIG TIME" bully and I do plan on pressing charges. FYI: read the other reviews, apparently when people find out that the dealership are crooks and scam artists, "Alex" (who, also owns the place) starts to cuss them out. Seriously, these people, especially "Alex" are SERIOUS CON ARTISTS and have SERIOUS MENTAL ISSUES. STAY AWAY!!! SAVE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY, AND YOUR DIGNITY.

Alex - don't trust him. Had three issues with the Altime I purchased here, and he promised he will fix them the next day once he gets the parts. He made me return home empty handed a dozen times and no fixes were done as promised. Sketchy dealer. Stay away like a plague!

Unbelievably horrible experience here!!! I was interested in purchasing the 2005 Subaru Legacy they currently have for sale, so I took it to be looked at by Johnson Subaru. They told me the head gaskets are about to fail and need to be changed, along with a few other things. When coming back to discuss this with the salesmen they refused to believe me, even though I have the documentation from Subaru. All i wanted to do was get something off so that I could help off set the cost of having them replaced. They kept telling me there is absolutely no way they need to be replaced and told me that THEIR PRICE IS THEIR PRICE and I could leave. WORST CAR SALES PLACE I HAVE EVER BEEN TO.

Bought a vehicle for my wife. Test drove it and the dealer agreed to fix minor problems. The next day after it was drove home, check engine light came on. I took it to our mechanic and he said we needed new brakes, rotors, thermostat, evap detector, and gas cap. We also needed an oil change badly. After spending approximately $2500 in repairs, I call the dealer to see where my license plate was. You guessed it, the car needed to be inspected first. Meaning the dealer only reseted the CEL before he sold it, knowing there was major issues. I told him of the problems I had with car and wanted to know why the car was not inspected before I bought it. The only answer given was I should have brought it to him because he charges less in labor. The car was messed up before I bought it but he wanted me to pay him to fix it. This dealership is a hustler spot. I would never purchase, or advise anyone else, a vehicle from these guys. I am still repairing things on this vehicle that I have just bought.
