I took my Solara in to have the hood repainted because of sun and heat damage to the hood. Mark did an excellent job of painting the hood, blending the fenders and matching the original color. He even polished up the whole car and cleaned the inside. The icing on the cake was that the final bill was $100 lower than the estimate which was already much lower than another body shop in the area. I highly recommend going to Johnson Auto Body for body work on your car.

Car accidents can be so inconvenient and frustrating, and it was so nice to have Johnson Body be so understanding of that fact. They were extremely helpful in getting my car back into tip top shape at a reasonable price. Ask for Travis when you go; he's the best! Travis makes it a point to keep you up to date about the progress of your car, even more so than your insurance company! Great work and great service! PS: got their name from the local Honda dealership so obviously they know Hondas!!

Excellent customer service, excellent job!! These folks could not have been nicer! I was nearly 4 hours from home and my husband couldn't get me until after the shop closed. These folks not only found me a hotel but provided me a ride. It was more than customer service, it was truly above and beyond. They called, emailed and posted pictures so I could see the process and progress and my vehicle was fixed perfectly and ahead of schedule. We are more than satisfied and would recommend Johnson Body Shop to anyone in the Durham area!

I was referred to Johnson Body Shop by my friend and colleague, Steve Calder, after my truck had gotten hit by a commercial vehicle. Steve asked me to speak to his friend, Matt Brown, who owns the body shop. I spoke to Matt over the phone, and told him that I had been in a minor accident, and would pay him to buff out the damaged part, which was the area of the back bumper underneath the rear door. The owner asked me to drive my truck to the shop on Fay Street and said that they would take care of it at no cost. I was exhilarated at this offer as most car washes in the area had quoted me 100 dollars just for spot buffing. I took my truck there, and an associate named Matt drove my truck in the back and brought it back to me buffed, washed and looking all spiffy. The damage to the back bumper was barely noticeable, and I was one happy camper indeed. This was done in a span of 20 minutes while I was waiting in their nicely laid out and comfortable foyer. I was really treated like royalty, and also loved the fact that they did all of this pro bono or at no cost to me. I strongly recommend this body shop to everyone in the area. Keep up the amazing work, Guys!

From the beginning of the process to fix my car, I was thoroughly pleased with the customer service I received. My car was fixed when promised, they communicated with me throughout the process, and most importantly, my car looks like new!!! You can tell it is a family owned business!! when you pick up your car, they go over everything with you and answer questions. The lady up front called my rental car for me, lots of polite little things that impressed me. This is the first time I had to deal with a body shop, I was worried, but they made it easy! They pay attention to every detail, going over the repair plan with you and the estimate before they start the repair. They are timely and attentive, and called me updating me on my car as they were fixing it, and reporting when everything was finished. Most importantly, they are FAIR with their prices and labor costs, going over several options for repairs to help you fit your budget. They even have a lifetime guarantee on their repairs, so if you ever have a problem, just bring it in and they will look at it again. They are truly there to help you out and get you back on the road again. When I got my car back, they had even taken the time to vacuum the carpet in my car. They have my business for life, and are by far the best body shop in the Triangle.

Had my car damaged during dealer repair . . . sent photos of the damage, and Johnson had the bumper ordered, painted, and then replaced in a short amount of time. Did a beautiful job with paint and returning the car in great shape.
