I wouldn't recommend this car lot. They didn't submit right information & didn't have right phone numbers. They send us off in car then 2 weeks later owner calls threatening my wife. Then saying no deal & want vehicle back. One minute sales guy is offering just one paperwork & will resubmit application. That they will hold vehicle but the vehicle is back next day on web page. Well guess no deal the car had side damage & interior is nasty. The cloth is all stained & outlet doesn't work. Really dissatisfied !

Auto World Of Lake Norman ~ Exotic

The inventory at this car dealership is unbelievable. There are so many exotic cars on this lot. The staff was nice but nothing to brag about. If you are in the market for an exotic car then this lot is a must see.

American auto was a blessing to me and my family. Bill the owner, along with his team did an excellent job on ensuring me the best experience and satisfaction that a customer could have. Without hesitation they gave me a new engine, tires, plugs and so on. I highly recommend this place of business.

The guys at American Automotive Group were wonderful to work with. We had a 2011 Ford Crown Victoria that they helped us consign. They routinely gave us updates regarding interest that customers had with the car, helping us feel engaged in the process. I love this place and all of the people who work there!! I will never buy another car from anyone but them!! They are the best people i have ever bought a car from!! Not only are they honest and trustworthy but they are genuine good hearted people who do everything they can to take care of people from the the moment you step on their lot to as long as you own your car!! They are understanding and are still taking care of me and my car, helping me with routine maintenance and care of my car 7 months after buying my car!! You will not find a better place to get your next car and it is worth the drive from wherever you are!! My relationship with all of the people there has grown into a friendship and it just doesn't get better than that!! Sold me a vehicle with over $3000 in repairs and gave me the receipt from the mechanic to show they know of the problem and still refuse to fix it with the warranty they provide. I had the vehicle less then 30 days at the time of purchase. They tried to put regular gas in it when they knew it took premium and give it conventional oil when they knew it called for synethic. They left clothes around my engine after repair the thermostat and disconnected the purge valve which was found my mechanic. I would not suggest this company to anyone. They are con artists and will not do right by their customers unless you take them to arbitration.
