My daughter swerved to miss an animal and ended up in the woods. AAA sent out jim's to tow the vehicle, they repaired the car did an excellent job I would recmend them highly.

Your driver that was hauling the white Impala ran me off the road on 59!! I have a witness!! Slow the hell down!! Those yellow lights are caution lights not lights that give you the right of way to do whatever you want!!

AAA sucks....BUT, David at Jim's Auto Rocks! AAA dispatched him to tow us but failed to tell him we had a trailer attached to our truck. Even though he wasn't equipped to tow us, he went above and beyond and made phone calls in an attempt to get us home. It's discouraging enough to be stuck in this situation, and with having called every tow company in the area and even had one that could but told us they didn't want to fool with it, but this guy came out, couldn't help, but went out of his way to find us help. Really restores faith in humanity. Thank you David! We appreciate you.

Jim's auto did an incredible job replacing my starter in my 2004 Honda Pilot recently. My wife and I had just started our Easter vacation weekend when we stopped at the SC welcome center and my car wouldn't start. I called AAA and they sent out someone from Jim's Auto and he tested the battery but it was fine so he expected it was the starter. He called his shop and they sent out a wrecker to take us to Jim's Auto to check it out. The people there were very professional and caring and knew we were on vacation and stopped everything they were working on to replace our starter. They had us back on the road in 2hrs and for a very reasonable price. We consider ourselves very luck we broke down where we did and that Jim's Auto took care of us.

Honest and easy to do business with.not many people do business with a handshake. Jim and his mother are good people who can be trusted and will help you through the insurance process. Even took care of my rental truck.
