I have used Doc's on two different BMW's that I have owned. Each time I have used them they have been assessed the problem, identified the root cause, and made the repair properly. Their rates are better than the dealership and you don't ever have to worry about getting taken. They are very honest! They repaired my '99 5 series touring rear wiper with a part instead of an new complete wiper motor and assembly the dealer wanted to install. Troy did a pre purchase inspection on my '02 330 convertible and subsequent suspension work as well as 02 sensors and high pressure power steering line. Great work at a fair price!

This is in response to the negative review. We diagnosed the problem correctly, and told your daughter to leave it with us to repair. Her thermostat was bad and the engine was overheating. We stressed this repair needed to be done immediately, but she couldn't be without her car. Two weeks later, she comes in with a blown head gasket! We can't force people to fix their car. We would have loved to have her business. This father is malicious in trying to put the blame on us.

I would list this as -5 stars. Doc's saw my daughter's car. Mis-diagnosed the vehicle. Allowed her to drive away in the car, causing more damage. They charged her $200 to replace a thermostat, just because they can. They did not fix the car, but took her money any way. I am very unhappy with them and would never take business to someone that does such poor work and customer service.

Took my car in for an AC recharge and it was done in under 30 minutes. Have known some of the mechanics for years through my dad and I wouldn't recommend any other shop. High, high regards for Doc's! Thanks, guys, for being honest and hardworking!

I understand that sometimes you just get a bad service and this may not account for all of their services, but I felt like I should share my experience. I brought my 08' 535 in because I had a pink halogen bulb (which means the bulb is dying) that I needed to get replaced. First impressions were really good, nice people and very approachable. Me not knowing much about my car I trusted his quote of around 200 dollars to replace the one bulb because he came off as a pretty genuine, knowledgable guy. He told me the e90 models were a nightmare to replace bulbs, that you had to dismount the whole front bumper. I agreed not realizing until a couple weeks later that you can pull out BOTH headlight assemblies in less than 5 minutes. They're held in by 4 bolts. Bottom line is, they lied to me and charged me for 2 hours of labor for a job that took 20 minutes max. And I of course would have been okay with paying for 1 hour of labor, I know these guys need to make a profit, but lying to your customer and charging them double is enough to make me take my business elsewhere.

Professional and courteous. The owner and mechanic treated me like a friend.(even served me lunch)since I wanted to wait on my car. I've returned several times and my car was repaired properly and the bill was very reasonable. Take my word for it, they won't push unneeded repairs. Took my Mercedes there once and they could not repair the problem after a couple hours of trying. I was NOT charged a dime! Also received reasonable price on tires there. Paul Gantt .

I have been taking my cars here for over 12 years. These guys are awesome- great service and top notch expertise. They consistently save me money by diagnosing the problem correctly the first time and suggesting the proper repair. Never once have they failed to fix the problem correctly the first time. I would not take my BMW, Porsche or Mercedes anywhere else.
