Great service. I showed up without an appointment on a very busy day, but my vehicle was being looked at in less than 10 minutes. They fixed a minor issue on the spot without charging me and set up an appointment for a week later to get to the bottom of a leak. My baby is now running like a champ at 20 years old and 233k miles on the original transmission. Can't name another shop I've been to with any vehicle that is this pleasant to work with.

I went to Walmart and got an oil change, and they told me i had a leak between my transmission and engine and that i should get it checked out asap. So i Came here Tuesday, November 17th morning walked in, guy was on the phone, leaned back and relaxed, so i waited.... about 8 minutes later he got off the phone, looked at me and didn't say a thing (no how may I help you, or yes or anything) so i just start telling him why i was there, and he takes a deep sigh, as if i was bothering him and say " I'm sure there is nothing wrong with it. ask me for my keys. take it for a drive for a drive 10minutes. When he returns to me he tells me about the leak and basically tell me i'm not going to pay for the problem to get fixed because it might be more than what the car is worth. I don't plan on getting a new car anytime soon......So i would would what i have to do to keep my baby on the road. i will never return to this place.

Work was done on time and the final price was exactly what they had quoted me . Owner was friendly, knowledgable and willing to answer any of my questions. Mechanic that did the work was very professional. I recommend them for doing good work, and for being honest.

I had my 1968 Mustang rebuilt last year and my experience was terrible. The transmission leaked shortly after being rebuilt by Richmond Hill Transmission. I moved from Hinesville to Fayetteville -NC and the transmission continue leaking. I called one of the associates and he was sarcastic and unfriendly. I had to take my Mustang 1968 to an auto shop and redo Richmond Hill Transmission poor craftsmanship.
