We had a complete sound system installed in our boat last summer. Looked great! Sounded great! This summer the radio did not work. The radio was under warranty from JVC but they refused to cover it. Mike at Allstar worked to try to get JVC to stand behind their product but they refused. To stand behind his work and keep a happy customer Mike worked a compromise with us and installed w new radio at very little cost to us and we are very grateful and happy with the way things worked out. A big thanks to Tristan Brock and all the guys at Allstar Tint & Alarms best customer service I have ever had. The work they do is top notch.. i could not have asked for a better job. A list of things they took care of are tinted windows "all the way around" blue tooth upgrade to the factory head unit. DVD players in the headrest with wireless stand alone headphones for each side. Smoke tail lights. Dipped the factory wheels black. Dipped the factory grill leaving the emblem crome also did the INFINITI on the back black along with the G35X emblem left the crome infinity emblem just like the front. All the crome around the windows was also dipped and blacked out.. thanks again guys for the great job great prices and the best customer service bar none.. i will not let anyone else touch my rides thats for sure.

I had 3M window tinting installed on my car by All-Star almost 4 years ago. They did a beautiful job, and I have been very pleased. Once highly recommended place will never get my business again. Spent $700 at the store for a radio and a harness connector. Ended up not needing a the harness couldn't take it back. Had my mother go up there to try to pick up Antena wire. They sent her to autozone. Like they had it. Over priced me on a double din. Overpriced labor. Radio clinic or King audio is the way to go.

Allstar is the only place I'll ever have tint and alarms and etc done for my car. Got a radio yesterday and the staff there couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. Tristan was very knowledgeable about the products. Mike is always booked and covered up for a reason. Allstar is where I tell everyone to go to. You get what you pay for in this industry Allstar won't do you wrong.

Worst company I've ever dealt with in my life. Don't get the remote car starter it's a trick. They tell you one price and then charge a lot more once it's done. I tried calling and the owner just accused me of lying.The more people I talk to it seems everyone I know that's been here has had a horrible experience

Allstar was AWESOME! I had my windows tinted and remote start put on my car. It took most of the day for my car to be fixed, but they did it the correct way. The employees were very careful and took their time. It wasn't an easy installation, but they did it and did it well. This will be my place for why upgrades or new installs on my car. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

This is by far the worst place to have anything installed/done to your vehicle! I have paid over $1200 for them to install a double din stereo with navigation and back up camera. Also, install a 2 way Viper alarm with remote start and tint my 2 front windows and install rain guards. I found AllStar Tint in the Hamilton County Kids Coupon book. I called and got an estimate over the phone for window tinting. I went by their office to check it out. I was immediately greeted with a smile and great customer service. We set up an appointment for the next day to get my windows done. They were prompt and called when my car was done. Dropped my car off at 10:15 am for auto start. Been sitting in the parking lot since 1:00 watching while no one even worked on it. Was told they were on the phone with Tech Support and working on it. It's now 2:00 and not a single person has worked on my vehicle. Do not recommend.

Allstar is a great place! They are fast, polite, and very professional. They are always very quick with getting my truck done and the work is always awesome. The staff is knowledgeable and if they don't know something they don't bs you, they get someone who does. Plus the biggest thing is that they are very fair on their pricing.

I've heard that Allstar does great work, but their customer service is terrible. Allstar has never done any work for me so I ignored the warnings or advise. I called to inquire about possibly plasti dipping my car. I've never had my car wrapped or dipped before and honestly did not know the difference. Chris, who answered the phone, was very rude and not helpful or customer friendly at all. He basically said that he would need to view the car before giving a price quote or saying if they could do it, which is completely understandable, but the way that he delivered that message made it seem like it would be too much work and a huge inconvenience for him. Price was not an issue and I would've love to had them work on my car, but because of how Chris treated me on the phone, I will be going elsewhere and will not recommend anyone to use this company. I'm not sure of their work, but their customer service is relate-able to Comcast's customer service. Good luck to future buyers.

I got my Mercedes-Benz E300 tinted here and the service was unmatched. They even fixed a window from falling down for me (bad regulator) which saved me a couple hundred dollars off what the dealership would've charged. The owner Mike met with me, very cool guy, top-notch professional and customer pleaser. Though I will say that this shop does quite a bit more than tint & alarms... I wouldn't hesitate to call and inquire about anything at all, they seem very eager to help and far cheaper than my normal go-to mechanic. My new 'first phone call' for sure, and I will definitely be returning for more upgrades and add-ons! Thank you Allstar! And Mike!
