Awesome!!

Josh is very nice and very knowledgeable and will work with you on anything the mechanics there are very skilled ive had a car that some shops said they wont even touch and i took it to quality plus in wake forest and Josh didnt even hesitate to help me out i would highly recommend this shop and if you are not satisfied Josh will try his best to make you satisfied 5 stars

I tried this shop for the first time last month at the recommendation of my neighbors who have used them for several years. I was very impressed by the level of communication that I received from the shop. I was equally impressed by the fact that they were not pushy about things they thought that I should have done (although they did mention them). Everyone I interacted with was exceptionally friendly, and the cost for the repairs was very reasonable. I will be back!

We have been so pleased the past few years after finding Quality Plus Automotive to service our cars. They are honest and stand behind their work. With teenage drivers we have many cars and most with mileage over 100,000. They help us stay on top of upcoming service so we can budget and give us feedback on how the cars are being driven, such as a teen driver that might be riding the brakes. Neighbors of ours have used Quality for many years and we are so grateful they shared their secret with us. Our family highly recommends Quality if you want honest reliable service.

I've been very impressed the few times that I've gone there. It took a couple of visits to get an A/C repair done, primarily because there were several things wrong (one of which only happened when it was hot outside, which it wasn't on the first trip). However I've had the same experience at other places (multiple visits to get something fixed). However unlike at those other places, I felt much more confident that Quality Plus knew what they were doing and had a more reasonable explanation of what was wrong. I plan on using Quality Plus as my primary auto service center whenever possible (i.e. unless it's dealer recall work).

Quality plus does great work, they are fair and straightforward with their pricing, and I've never seen an auto shop with such outstanding customer service and follow through. I took my Infinity FX35 in for a brake job, and they were clear on which rotors needed to be resurfaced vs. replaced. The pricing was good, and when they realized one of the calipers had seized, they informed me right away and replaced the part at cost without additional labor. That is the type of service I am looking for!

Always does a great job with our vehicles. We have been using Quality Plus first in Wake Forest and now Raleigh for close to 10 years with nothing but positive to say. Wouldn't trust our vehicles to anyone else. Their prices aren't the lowest but with them you get what you pay for plus piece of mind know work is done right and only what is really needed.

Routinely email us with upcoming concerns that need to be addressed for our vehicles. My ruck has 313,000 miles on it and it would not have been running if it was not for Quality.

I for one don't think they are fair with there prices how do find out what's wrong with s person car and charge them for it if you are allowing them to fix it? I find there prices to be higher than the car dealership and I'm not the only person to feel that way I will never go back to qualify because quality there not

Great service! Have been going to the Raleigh location for 9 years. They are fair with their pricing and the service is outstanding. 3 years ago had a bike rack installed--not their typical service job but they were very accommodating. Chris is awesome!

A couple of days ago I had to take my wife's 2003 Lexus in due to a noise with the brakes. I called in the morning and Kelly was able to work me in immediately. Glad I called at the time that I did, because the window of availablity closed shortly thereafter. Needless to say, my problem turned out to be the brakes, and the service technicians solved my problem, in the same day. 1 day turnaround is always appreciated because we need both our vehicles due to school schedules with my sons. I am very thankful to Quality Plus Automotive.

Had my Honda fixed the other day and to my surprise they gave me a loaner car for free! Not even gas was required! This was a blessing and a saving of renting a car for the day. This place is or should be The Best of the Best in Wake Forest, NC. A place of great customer care and integrity! Ask for Scott - He will take very good care of you! Definitely going back!

I have been going to quality plus for my 2004 CRV for a few years already. Everytime their customer service and attention to detail have been outstanding. I always keep their mailer coupons and promotions, they're all good deals. Scott especially has impressive listening skills to be most helpful when one has to make repair decisions.
