I've been taking my cars to Pedro for a couple of years now. I always check the Internet to get an idea of what a repair will cost, and Pedro is consistently at the low end of the scale on price. Plus, he does excellent work, and has always gotten my car back to me on the same day. In my humble opinion, he is the best mechanic in Tallahassee. I give him my highest recommendation.

As usual, Pedro and his staff were able to help us and get my 14 year old Nissan truck back on the road. He is honest and stands by his work - always with a smile. We've been going to him for over seven years and have always had excellent work done at a reasonable price. Thanks for being there for us!

We were on a trip with my Dad to Tallahassee and had a loud spraying sound then white smoke. On the recommendation of my cousin we went to see Pedro. He took a look as soon as we arrived and discovered it was simply a release of excess pressure from the A/C system. He could have easily done some "work" on the car but in the end charged us nothing and sent us on our way. Honest and a nice guy.

Been with him for 3 yrs. Got my car back recently with a couple issues. After complaining he agreed to correct which I thought was great, but soon after found he removed the bushings from my front suspension so it sounded like it was coming apart on each bounce. He denied removal and offered no repair. No spare parts to replace, had to buy new package. Material + Labor cost $250. Thanks, Pedro. Watch out for this fast talker for sure! Never going to him again.

Dear Allan Morales, I am truly sorry you feel your experience was so bad at our shop according to our records all your problems started after you took the car in to have the alignment done. The first repairs we did was the power steering pump and steering gear that was conducted no problems on this visit, on the second visit we replaced the front struts your vehicle has aftermarket high perfomance struts bearings we only charged you for parts no labor was charged to you to satisfied you due to the fact that your vehicle was bouncing in the front after that you took the vehicle for alingment and thats when all your problems started with all the noise. Then you came back a few months later claming that we damage your bushings and we agreed to replace them at no cost on labor if you would provide the parts due to the fact that you requested high performance parts only. You have to understand the age factor of the vehicle and the high milage also plays a major role. We apologize that we are not able to please you but we did all we could to work with you on the issue we even replace a door panel that you showed three to five months later claiming we broke when we never even worked on the inside of the vehicle we ordered it from Tallahassee Ford paid for it for you, we stribe to provide excellent service and customer service we treat our customer as our own family that is our goal. Making sure that my customers are happy and they received that best service and quality is what I am here to do I am truly sorry you feel this way We apologize for the inconvinience we may have caused you.

I needed a new drive belt tensioner assembly and serpentine belt for my 2006 toyota corolla. The dealer wanted over 400 bucks for the parts and service. Pedro charged 288 for genuine Toyota parts and service. I dropped the car off at 750am and he had it ready to go by 930am. If you like to pay a lot of extra money while waiting for ever, then I advise the dealer. If you want to save cash and get the job done right and fast, go see Pedro.
