I Only Trust New Age Automotive.

I've been going to New Age Automotive for over 14 years now. Great Service, High Quality, Good, Honest, Professionals. It's hard to find that, especially nowadays. They're always very honest and explain very thoroughly what the issue is with my vehicle. I've had my share of horrible dealership experiences and that all ended when I started going to New Age. I highly, highly recommend them.

Engine noises

My Mercedes was making noise when I turned. Peter looked at it right away. Power steering fluid was low. He topped off all the other fluids as well. In and out in 15 minutes. Great customer service as always

I have known the people at New Age for about 9 years. I am sure, as with all shops and businesses, there are unhappy people out there. But I will attest personally to any one who asks, that the staff and techs at New Age are some of the best. They are not the cheapest, and they do not hesitate to tell you what is wrong with your car. The difference is their estimates are accurate and not a "bait and switch". They warranty the work as well. They have the best equipment and information available, and this is why you see the caliber of vehicles you see there. They work on Bentley's to Honda's and treat everyone the same. As far as those that felt slighted, or just got an estimate, there is always two sides to that story It is a automotive shop, not Goodwill. However, they are fair, and very honest and respectful to their clients. I know this how? In a "previous life" I worked there, and still stop in to say hi. I also recommend all my clients and staff to this shop, and they are always thankful. Both the people I recommend and the staff at New Age. I take my families cars there as well, and there are a 100 shops closer to our house, many cheaper, but none better. If you want quality, honesty and a life long mechanic, try them out.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! THESE PEOPLE ARE NOT FRIENDLY AND ONLY CARE ABOUT MAKING A KILLING. I HAD OBTAINED SOME OTHER QUOTES BEFORE COMING HERE ONLY TO FIND OUT THAT NEW AGE WAS THE HIGHEST OUT THERE. ONCE THE OWNER FOUND OUT I KNEW A BIT ABOUT THE FIX I NEEDED HE SIMPLY WALKED AWAY IN MID CONVERSATION LIKE THE BIGGEST *SSHOLE. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY WITH PEOPLE WHO ARE NOT GOOD HUMANS.

The owner, Andrew Sarantidis, is a professional scammer, will always find a way to take your money whether it be replacing unnecessary parts or unnecessary services like nitro fill ( which in reality does nothing for your tires). Not only that but the guy is a pervert. I have taken my car there a couple of times and I see the way he treats women when his wife or the receptionist is not around.
