We were in town for a wedding when my son's car had a problem, we took it in to Rhodes and asked if they could look at it and make sure it would be safe for the trip back to Texas. They inspected the car and found a few issues, but told us the one major item that could have left us stranded. They fixed that issue and saved us some money by telling us exactally what was required and just needed attention after we got home. I appreciate the honesty and quick service they provided to us. Highly recommend them if you need any car repairs.

In Destin on vacation and our alternator failed on Thursday night. Rhodes answered the phone at 8:30 at night and said bring it in when we open at 7:30am on Friday. They had it fixed by 8:45am at a very fair price. Very polite and did not at all take advantage of the fact that we were tourists. If I lived in Destin they would definitely get all of my car work.

The good folks at Rhodes Auto Repair saved the day for us! We had been on vacation and our car began overheating immediately when we started home. Fortunately the valet workers where we stayed told us about Rhodes and even though they were backed up with work, the Rhodes mechanic took the time to diagnose our problem and get us back on the road. It was an answer to prayers to find a reputable car repair service so far from home. Everyone there was most courteous and helpful in every way. I highly recommend them and wish them well!!

There is a reason Rhodes Auto Repair is the only place my family and I go to have our vehicles repaired, they are the best! Our friends at Rhodes Auto Repair , and that's truly what they are, provide the best quality service without trying to oversell unnecessary repairs. When we moved away from the area, we tried several other repair shops. We could not find the honesty, integrity and quality workmanship like we received at Rhodes Auto Repair. The end result, we came back to Rhodes. We will go nowhere else!

My actual rating would be negative stars. My family was involved in an accident while in Destin on vacation 400 miles from home. The accident was unquestionably the other driver's fault. Rhodes came to tow our van. First of all, the truck driver acted very annoyed that it took us a few minutes to unload a week's belongings, and he certainly offered no help. The van was towed and stored at their lot for 2 days until the insurance company moved it to their holding area. SIX DAYS after the accident we received a certified letter stating that they had placed a lein on our van (which is most likely totaled). The bill for towing and 2 days storage was $400. We never received a bill and were never given any opportunity to pay and be reimbursed by insurance. So now on top of everything else we have to deal with while having our van totaled on vacation, we have to deal with the completely WRONG, unethical treatment we have received from Rhodes. If you take your business to them, you can most likely expect more of the same. Do yourself a favor and do business with a company that treats their customers with a little bit of respect because you will not get that at Rhodes.
