Their estimates are consistently accurate as to cost & service is usually quite prompt. Prices are in-keeping with all other competent repair shops in Manassas, but J & J offers coupons for labor discounts regularly, which eases the pain in my wallet. Barb's mechanics have considerable experience & accurately diagnose vehicle problems. The only time I ever had a repair fail, J & J replaced the part free of charge. This is a reliable shop for major repairs & I recommend them to all our neighbors.

This has been my go-to repair shop for 4 years. Just went back again recently and had a tailight fixed on my car. They were persistent about obtaining a quality part for my vehicle when the light cover cracked. It took a little longer than expected, but J&J comped the service, which I really appreciated. They also often send out great coupons!

Been going to this company for a few years now. I used to live down the street, now I'm in Herndon and still make the drive. Good, honest people, fair prices, quick turn around...they've even given me a few rides home in their personal vehicles when my truck needed to stay longer than anticipated.
