I've been taking my car to the guys at sloan's for about 5 years. They have always been top notch, but it wasn't until yesterday that I felt I had to write a review. Their customer service is like no other I've experienced. They care. My car hasn't run this well in a while and I have ice-cold AC. Thank you, Kenny (and Jeff). For everything.

lets start with what kicked everything off. my mother who knows very little about cars had taken our truck in to get the harmonic balancer fixed. (I could've done this myself but the pressure bolt that holds the balancer to the motor was stripped and i didn't have the right tools to extract it.) I'm so grateful a friend told me about Sloan's Automotive. I find them to be the best mechanics I've ever used. When they fix something it stays fixed. Their prices are fair and they have saved me from unnecessary work. They are a pleasure to do business with. Kenny goes over everything thoroughly including the time it will take to fix the problem. I find them to be honest and caring. I have older cars so I have a lot of experience at the mechanics. Since using Sloan's I noticed I don't have to go as often. I wouldn't go anywhere else. As a technician in Wisconsin, it pained me to have to bring my van to a shop and have it repaired, but being 1500 miles from home, and needing a transmission to get my family home home, I had no choice. Trustworthy

So, I live near Niagara Falls Canada. My daughter is going to school in Florida. She calls me and says she has a flat tire. She ended up at Sloan's Automotive. She said "the place was really cool". Once they check the car over they told her all she needed was a tire plug. She said go ahead and they had her in and out of there in 20 minutes and didn't charge her anything. After she told me the story, I contacted the owner Ken Sloan to say thanks and try to pay him something but he said all I owe him was a high five. Which I will certainly give him when I go down to visit my daughter. It's very comforting to know someone will look after my daughter for me when she is so far away! What a great place and great guys. Thanks again to Ken Sloan and his team. I highly recommend Sloan's Automotive :)
