This is the most disgusting business I have ever came across in south Florida. At 11am I noticed low pressure on all my four tires and was forced to get of 595 to get help. I entered their shop. there was a manger behind the desk on the phone. One mechanic was watching TV. Another mechanic was in the shop seating doing nothing. Shop was empty (no cars). I told the manager that I needed air on all my tires. He refused to help me and said they don't have the time and I should come back in couple of hours for something that would have taken 5 minutes. Disgraceful. Do not go to this shop!!!!!!

Prepare to be Rip'd off.

NO STARS 03/28/2009 I went in for routine oil change. I left out w a busted break line. I just had my vehicle inspected two weeks prior. I have a local mechanic nearby where i live who gave me a check list (so i already know whats wrong with it). So when i go to pick my vehicle i am surprised to hear them say i need new u joints, when all i asked them to do was an oil change. They did a rig job on me so i paid and thought ok never again go there. While going home i notice my breaks really felt weird, my foot sank to the floor on hwy (Fla TP). later that evening i pop the hood and see my break fluid emptied on the ground. I knew at that point i been had. I went back slowly the following morning and the owner/manager had the nerve to curse me for calling him out. He told me it was already busted then said i had to do it, and said he would fix it for more $. I am thinking this guy has to be crazy . I did not curse him. I did not want to do any more business with him at my expense. He told his worker to "get his shyt out of here". Instead of making it right he made matters worse. I told my co-workers and a manager had said he had same experience with this shop. He went in for oil and they told him he needed breaks and his car was near new. He left to get food came back. He told me he had to ask owner again, I need breaks? and he said the owner/manager said you should be good for a few more months ( that was over six months ago and no he still doesn't need beaks), he said he told them he would pass on the oil change. he had went on his lunch break so he was there to witness what they were doing I dropped it off, so the had hours to play with it. I would have gave him repeat business and referred co-workers had he done a good job instead he ripped me off and severely inconvenienced me. All i wanted was an oil change. I could have killed myself or someone else with what they did. Right is right and Wrong is wrong please BE AWARE!

Never go to this place! Wife's car broke down in the same plaza, bad alternator and just had the battery replaced the day before. The initial price quote was ridiculous. They came down a little when challenged on the price, knew I was overpaying but didn't mind terribly due to the convenience of not having to get towed somewhere else to get the work done. They would not tell me what brand of alternator they were going to install, just kept repeating that it was a quality part. Next day my wife's car dies on her again leaving her stranded. So much for the quality part. Had it towed there and they replaced the alternator and gave me a new battery since the brand new one had been drained. I asked them if the paperwork would reflect the new battery since the one I just bought was under warranty, that way I wouldn't be losing out on the warranty. The manager told me yes. Then he sends my wife out the door with no receipt or paperwork. The manager's attitude was also very dismissive. My humble opinion, thieves. Take your business elsewhere.

Folks tried to rip me off! Car was overheating and was told radiator needed to be replaced and the engine head gasket was cracked. I took the car to another store and was told that engine was perfectly fine and that I only needed to replace the radiator. Almost cost me $2000 of unnecessary work! Do not go here!

The owner is a dick. His advise costs money, and it's 60 bucks to look in the direction of your car. As a get into my car he says I don't do anything for free.

Took car there for oil change. They said the throttle body and air filter were dirty. Told them to go ahead and do the repair. $ 105.00 later I was out the door. Check reviews after the fact wish I had gone some place else. Googled throttle body cleaning and found that with injected units throttle body seldom needs cleaning if ever. Don' t do business with these guys, all they are doing is ripping customers off.

I don't know what everybody is complaining about. Took good care of me. Actually took time to replace a head lamp on a sunday afternoon (nobody is open on a sunday btw). Special ordered tires overnight and installed brake pads with no problems. Good prices on the tires, too. Surprised me a little. Usually independents are a little more expensive. Sorry the others feel they got poor service. I liked them,
