Outstanding German car service. Polite, friendly people with strong ethics, high integrity and fair prices. They choose high quality parts, fix it right the first time and, if they do find bad news, they call you first. Sometimes, appointments are delayed a day or two, but it's because they have so much repeat and word-of-mouth business. Kris has an automotive "Midas Touch" and my 2004 3Series BMW has never before run this well before. The difference between these people and a good doctor is the doctor only has to know two models.

After three years of taking our cars (4 total, granddaughter included) to Anette and Chris, we are amazed at how much better their performance is than the competitors. We were on a trip, our granddaughter put diesel into our Honda Fit, we called Anette who sent a tow truck, paid him off, Chris and David pushed it into the shop, did a major disassembly to get to the gas tank, emptied, flushed and cleaned it, flushed and cleaned the fuel lines and fuel pump, put it all back together, filled it with hi-test, and test-drove it. We were amazed at how little they charged. They also bought a car-to-order at Auction for us, sold it to us at a minimal mark-up, and it's a Great Car (BMW X-1) at a Great Price. These folks are talented, honest, speedy, and a pleasure to deal with. No need to drive into Jacksonville for competent service on your BMW or Mercedes.

My wife and I take our BMWs to Elite for service and always have a great experience. We have had all types of service done to our cars over the years and will continue. So much better than dealer on service and price. Awesome experience. Thank you!

I have nothing but good things to say about Jerry's. The owners, Anette & Christian are wonderful people. Extremely professional and caring. They went out of their way to make sure my car was fixed perfectly! And their rates are fair. Not to mention that my repairs were warranted for a year! If you have a Mercedes, BMW, VW or most any other German car, Jerry's is the place to take it for service work!

Took my C230 to Jerry's based on the reviews here and can tell you my experience was completely opposite from those here on Google. I took my car there for some front end noise and received a call from who explained that he found an issue with the belt tensioner and pulley but that there was more to the problem. He said he would call me back when he finds the issue. Received a second call saying it was an issue with the AC compressor (big bucks) Turns out, Krisztian, replaced the tensioner and pulley only to find out the AC compressor was bad (?) My issue was that Krisztian charged me $339 for the tensioner and pulley without my authorization (my cost for OEM parts was just over $100 and since the part was located in the front, was real easy for a DIY'er). I mentioned this to his girlfriend Annette who proceeded to tell me "you own a Mercedes, you should have the money for such repairs"...my wife left the office after she said this. Told her I brought the car in for AN ESTIMATE ONLY. She went on to say "people who bring their cars to us get the work done"....this as another customer who was in the office was telling Krisztian "that repair seems kind of high, i wished you would have called me before doing the repairs". Times are tough for everyone and to be insulted by Annette who thinks that no Mercedes owners should do repairs on their own is just ridiculous and shows that perhaps these people are having some financial problems.
