We have an unusual vehicle. It is a Western Lido Golf cart that looks like a PT Cruiser. We have had the cart since 2004 and it has been fondly named the "Choo Choo" by our 9 grandchildren. We live in a community where we share the road with regular vehicles and when the electrical system failed, it was too dangerous to travel without turn signals and brake lights. We needed a bit of body work and the body shop hooked us up with Ideal. Having owned a business, we realize the importance of providing good customer service. Kudos to the shop for their timely repair, but we have to say that they went above and beyond the norm to correct and stand by their work. It is really refreshing and reassuring to have found a service center with such high standards. We will be going to them for any repairs on our real vehicle and I have recommended them to all our friends. Thanks Don, Ray, Tony and all of those who kept our grandkids in their "Choo Choo".

Ray's shop does quick and honest service. Never up charges you. His shop is the real deal. If you are having any problems with your car or just need a simple oil change this is the place to come.

I'm only giving two stars because they seem polite to everyone, especially returning customers. However, I sat around for 3+ hours waiting for my vehicle, I was the only female getting my vehicle serviced (the other woman was buying a car) and they did not keep me updated about my vehicle's status, yet with every man they would come and discuss the issues and process of their vehicle. I know I'm a pretty lady but I also know a bit about vehicles. I only came here at the recommendation of discount tires employees. Don't think I'll come back.

I own a 1991 Honda CRX and also a 2012 Nissan 370Z. I only trust ideal for all my auto services needs. Great super friendly staff and the best part is they really know their stuff when it comes to fixing your car. As far as pricing imagine a service that is ten times better than any dealership at half the price. Recommend it 100%

Took my Escalade to the dealer for AC problem and they couldn't fix it. The guys at Ideal said to bring it in the next moring at 7:30 am. By noon the same day the found three error codes, replaced the parts and had it back to me blowing icy cold air! Nicer, smarter, better and cheaper than your dealer! I will never go anywhere else, period.
