I was referred by a friend to Dixieway Auto Care to buy tires for my Rav 4. I not only got a great deal on my tires, but also received a free wheel alignment! The shop is now under new management. I had the pleasure of working with the manager, Melissa Soldano, who was honest, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. My husband and I are on a fixed income so its nice to go to someone who provides excellent service at an affordable price. I will definitely be referring business her way in the future and will be going there for my next oil change!

I used dixieway autocare because they had competitive pricing and they are close by to where i live. WHAT A MISTAKE!!! I had them replace my tires and my alternator. 2 months later the alternator stops working.I took the car back and had them replace the alternator again under warranty. They were still trying to charge me $300 in labor to replace the faulty alternator I had just replaced. I expressed my unwillingness to have to pay for labor when they had just installed the new alternator less than 2 months prior. When I arrived at the store to pick up my car, after they replaced the alternator, the owner tells me not to worry about paying and to never go back there. Sure enough, 2 months later the alternator stops working again. I called and the owner tells me they will not satisfy the warranty since he did not charge me labor the 2nd time they replaced it.
