I just picked up my car and they did a wonderful job. Not just with the body repairs but the car was detailed and cleaned in the inside. I highly recommend this company.

I have a 2012 BMW X5 that the driver side from the head light to back tail was smashed in an almost head on collision. Both doors and front fender had to be replaced. I originally brought my X5 to Fields BMW body shop and they acted like they didn't have time for me. They never sent me an estimate of any kind. I called back twice and both times were greeted with empty promises and never heard from them. OK, I said.... Then I spoke with my agent, Pete was his name, and he said give Martins Collision Center a try and you will see. At first, I was skeptical. Dave called me and assured me that he will take good care of me. And they sure did. The car was done 4 days early. When I came and picked the car, it was like I was a guest in their home. They were unbelievably friendly. The guy that worked on my car came out and shook my hand. Dave, the owner, came out and met with me. His wife took time to talk to me, as if I was a long time friend (at least, that was how she made me feel). Who does this any more? I am very impressed with Martin's Collision Center and promised her I would write a great review and here I am. They have a customer for life and believe me, I am not easy to please. My X5 now looks brand new. Flawless. Replaced 2 doors, fender, any many others small parts, matched the paint perfectly. They also detailed my car, professionally buffed out scratches on all my wheels which were not a part of the fix. This is an example of quality that I am after and thank you Martin's Collision Center. I am sending people your way. Thank you.

I've never written a review in my life...but this place deserves one. Much like many others, I was going through State Farm. I picked a place close to my house at first (in Altamonte) and got my estimate done. I was told it would take weeks to get it in the shop (and I was more than unimpressed with their location), so I started looking around. I stopped at about four other places before ending up here, and I'm so ridiculously glad I did. Everything from the lobby to the worker who ran outside after I was leaving to ensure I was satisfied...it was all amazing. They finished before the deadline and the car looks amazing. There was no effort at all on my part, it was ALL taken care of (rental care, paperwork, all of it). I love my Mustang, and they put forth so much effort, I can't even begin to describe my satisfaction. If I ever have another reason to get body work, I'll be making the drive to them again.

Martin's Collision Center was recommended to me from Harrell and Beverly Auto Repair (a fantastic auto repair place BTW!) and I am SO VERY glad that I took my smashed up car to them. They were friendly and professional and welcoming! They were very helpful with me dealing with two car insurance companies. When I got my car back, I saw that they had cleaned the outside and inside of my car. That made me a customer for life. The work that they did on my bumper was superb and flawless. Do not go anywhere else. Martin's is the real deal people!
