I was there one afternoon for less than 30 minutes and got the car I selected driven to me the next day! Stan took care of all the paperwork quick and efficiently, we signed off on it, and he was patient while we figured out what sort of insurance to get so that I could take the care from him. He was very professional, and the guys on the lot were very friendly when I was there. I love my car! It drives well, Stan didn't over exaggerate any of the functions, and he was straight with me about one particular flaw that was not his fault but he's getting it fixed, anyway, out of his own pocket. This was a great car buying experience without having to deal with the stereotypical shady car salesmen you always hear about.

Without them working with us, we would have never been able to buy the truck, and my husband would not be where he is today in his career. RUN from these people!!! Seriously!!! The are so full of crap the toilet is jealous!!! My roommate and I were both in the market for a newer car. This is in responsive to the previous negative review. He call us crooks yet we have not made a penny from him. We also paid for his towings. He try to tell people not to purchase from us, yet he is still in the process of purchasing the Mustang from us. We've offer to unwind the deal with this customer but they loved the car. The only crook here is the customer who misrepresented his trade. Told us the car is in excellent condition yet we it needed to be towed. The customer was very happy with his purchase until we got his car in on trade the next day and realized he has lied about the condition of his trade in. The vehicle can't be driven and we paid for his tow from another repair shop because the other repair shop can't handle the repairs. When we told the customer we can't take in his tow in trade and we need to cancel the deal, this customer tried to explain to us that we have no right to cancel the deal. We can only sue him for the trade in value of his car. He also threatened if we take the car back, he will slander us. Which is what he is trying to do here. If he is so unhappy with his experience, why don't he bring back the Mustang? We've offered him full refund if he brings it back. We've bent over backwards for this customer and he is just angry because he has no car to go to work and he some how thinks it's our responsibility. Terrible liar.

We told the guy she didn't have a lot of money for a down payment. He said don't worry about it, we can defer your down, which was great. We told him she had a trade in, a 1992 Nissan Maxima that was on its last leg. He told us no problem at all, his boss hands out money left and right to people for non running cars. Brandon told us he would more then likely give her $1500 for the car just to get her into a car. The next day we go up there to do the deal and trade the car in and drive away with hers and Brandon ends up telling her something else and only gives her $300 for a trade in. Says there is a ton of issues with it. My roommate being a girl and wanting the car NOW, said fine whatever, lets do it. She gets the car and makes an agreement in writing to pay $600 on the 9th and $1000 on the 22nd. Today, she gets a call from Randy, one of the sales persons saying she needs to bring in at least $100 today. Little did Randy know, we were on the other phone talking to the owner, Stanley about the drama that was unfolding with MY car deal. I traded in a 2009 VW GTI. The car was in excellent condition minus the fact the turbo system went out on it. They only gave me $4500 as a trade in on a car that was worth $7500 as a dealer trade in. Surely it wouldn't take $3000 to repair the issues, but I agreed. Today, I get a call from Brandon again, and Randy snatched the phone from Brandon, and demands I bring the 2013 Volkswagen CC back that I had purchased, that my trade in was a bucket he claimed, and "had a lot more issues then you told me". I confirmed with the office staff for the repair shop, the car was never even looked at. My cars financing was already complete and I had got my welcome call and told me my first payment and everything. The dealership called the finance company and cancelled my financing and demanded I bring the car back and take my trade in back, because they didn't want to mess with it. When I called an attorney today as well as contacted another friend of mine who owns a dealership, I discovered legally they weren't suppose to do that, but they did. Randy called and told me that I either bring the car back or he was reporting it stolen. I finally had enough and returned the car. This dealership is bad news. They are shady, they lie and cover up their mistakes. I walked their back lot too, and a lot of the cars you see on their website for sale in perfect condition, is on their back lot wrecked and all tore up. They fix wrecked cars and sell them on their lot at a huge mark up. There is other lots in the area that I feel would be a lot better then they guys. I'd go to them. They are crooked as can be.
