They obstruct the view of the residents living on lenz Ave. They have been politely asked if they could move the vehicles from the road so that the people who live on the street can make a safe turn onto route 530. Route 530 is a 45 mph zone in which NO ONE follows. They fail to accommodate the residents on this street. I myself have been in there and have politely asked them to move them. I walked in the establishment and I was greeted by no one, they were all on their cell phones. After someone finally greeted me I told him how it was a hazard to the residents and if there was to have an accident to occur that they would be at fault because they are obstructing the view. He seemed to think I was joking which wasn't very professional in my eyes. I then told him if he didn't abide to my request and my safety that I would be making a call to the state police. After an hour goes by I saw that they didn't move the truck and I called the state police agreed with me that it is a very bad call on the auto dealership and that they can cause an accident because you can't see to turn. They moved the truck after the state police came. BUT they now have 3 cars blocking the view yet again and guess what it's Sunday so they are closed. I now have to inch out to try to see if I can leave the street I live on and hope I don't get hit. THIS PLACE IS RIDICULOUS !!!!!!!

Found a vehicle I was interested in on Autotrader. Called the phone number listed and was routed to an operator who seemed to have little understanding of the lots and inventory in question. I was sent to the wrong dealership and then redirected to where the vehicle is located. Upon arrival I found the car stickered for much more tha advertised on Autotrader or the dealers website. The sales representative then explained that the price was lowered to "clear the lot" when the car was pulled up for inspection I found it was held together with zip ties, rust, and cheap spray paint. Once test driving the car I found that the interior reeked of diesel fuel in bodily fluids, the "ice cold" air conditioning was broken, and the inoperable sun roof leaked and apparently had been leaking for some time. I offered a reasonable price based on the KBB value of the car given the condition. I received a call the next day saying my initial offer was declined. I stopped back a few days later to make another offer and spoke to another salesman. Upon arrival I noticed the vehicle in question on the mechanic's lift. I enquired about it and the dealer admitted that the radiator had been zip tied in. When further discussing the state of the cars mechanical failings the dealer stated that it was a bad trade and they couldn't loose money on the car. The dishonest workings of this interaction have given me a bad taste for the chain. This dealership is actively trying to rob someone on this vehicle. I will never go to VIP again and warn anyone thinking of going there as well.
