We took our truck in for repairs , a week and $350.00 later we pick up truck only to find that it is still not fixed. Truck goes back in the next day and a week later we were told that they have been driving it and they realize it is still doing same thing as when we brought it in, and all they could suggest is that we would need to take it somewhere else, but since they replaced a part that they thought was the problem we are out of 350.00 and have to pay someone else to fix it. I am totally shocked and would not recommend this shop to anybody.

Great customer service! Staff...

Great customer service! Staff at Carolina Complete Car Care really care about my vehicle. They had it in and out and it drives so much better! I won't take my vehicle anywhere else from now on. Thank you C4!!!!!

These guys are great! They do better work then anyone around for more then a fair price. There have been times they checked my truck out or fixed something small for no charge. My truck is a serious 4x4 rig that has a bent frame, yet these guys could align it so it drives straight when no one, I mean no one, not the dealer, not just tires, could.

We have used Supreme Lube & Service Center multiple times for tires and oil changes. I have two daughters with cars and I feel comfortable sending them here because I know they will be taken care of NOT taken advantage of. The people are always very nice and courteous. Their prices are fair and I would recommend them to anyone.

Although the name of this place has changed several times, the main mechanics have remained the same. The quality of their repair work is inconsistent - from average to extremely poor. This place lacks professionalism to include: they refuse to divulge where they get their parts from which is a major red flag. They do not have a parts department. The mark up on their parts is above the average in North Carolina. In this case it was 50%. Having spoken to several others with similar issues (including $800 labor for a $30 part,) we will not be using them again and do not recommend.

Great people. Will not take advantage of you, and will give you less expensive options if you ask. They have done a very thorough job on all repairs I have ever had done there. Give them a shot. Wade is a good guy, and takes pride in offering good service at an affordable price.
