I'm Roberts sister so of course I would give 5 stars. But he's the son of Alfred Tubach... The most honest car repair man in South Jersey. Ask anyone in our area. A man once said to me if Alfred told me to jump off a bridge, I'd do it. That's how much I trust him. And I feel the same way about Robert!!!

The folks at Davie Garage were honest and upfront from the start, and Robert the owner explained everything to me that needed to be done to fix my A/C. I'm a disabled Vietnam Vet with cardiac problems and emphysema, so A/C is not a "luxury" but a medical necessity for me! Unlike most repair places, he gives a WRITTEN GUARANTEE on his work for 12,000 miles or 12 months!! Any problems and/or concerns, he told me to "just bring it back in" ---at NO COST!! I'll be using him for ALL my car's maintenance from now on...even oil changes. And...he said when he does oil changes, he automatically checks out the entire vehicle for any problems, and every other oil change he rotates the tires...NO EXTRA COST!! Thanks, Robert and Christine for your help, professionalism, and HONESTY!

STOP!! Horrible!!! DO NOT Trust DAVIES GARAGE!! The owner's name should be "Robert Ripoff ". I have never written a review before but I had to write a review just to warn people. I wIll never come back here ever again! Robert, the owner, at first was real friendly. He seemed genuinely concerned and sincere however it's an act people!!! Robert is the most deceitful business owner I have ever met! I took my truck here because a friend heard this was a good place. I had a problem with my brakes ) I thought). I was the only one in the waiting room so I wasn't sure why I had waited 2 hours which I found strange. Finally robert comes out and proceeds to tell me I need new brakes and rotors and my motor mounts needed to be replaced. I thought to myself " that's impossible" Then he quoted me an outrageous price. My gut was telling me something Isn't right here. . So I left and went down the street to get another opinion . I explained the same problem WITHOUT telling them i just came from Davies Garage. Long story short, I waited 20 minutes and they ended up telling me I just needed my rotors resurfaced. I then did ask them if they saw anything wrong with my brakes or with my motors mounts. They checked and came back and said I was not at the point where i needed to replace my brakes. And as for the engine mounts the mechanic took a second look and said there's nothing wrong. He asked me what gave me the idea that there was something wrong? That's when I told him about Davies Garage. He said that he was not at all surprised. He's been known for deceiving customer. I wanted to let as many people as I can, Don't GO TO DAVIES GARAGE. THEY Don't CARE ABOUT DOING THE RIGHT THING BY THE CUSTOMER. As a business owner myself I do understand that you need to make money but I would never think of lying to my customers to make more money. GREED GETS YOU ONLY SO FAR.

My car engine cracked. Brought it to this place and Robert put the car Vin number in the computor and my engine ended up being a recall engine. I got a 5000 dollar engine for free at honda. If it wasn't for Robert I would have gotten a new car. Very honest guy!!!!

Davie Garage, by far, is THE BEST auto repair shop I have ever dealt with. They are beyond fair and honest to a fault. This is the only garage I have ever dealt with that has not tried to over-sell me on a repair. They go out of their way to make certain the repair is done in the most cost effective fashion possible. Last summer my son's truck was overheating and I took it to Davie. The repair was going to be expensive- the truck wasn't really worth it. The Davie people refused to accept payment for the diagnostic work they had done, recognizing that I was faced with the unexpected expense for buying a college student a (another!) car. Class act.

This shop is top notch. Robert is very knowledgable and professional. Cars that we couldn't fix were always fix properly. All repairs were done right the first time. It's great to see someone take the time to do it right the first time. Quality A1.
